These arpeggio lessons are priceless. Thanks for posting them. Now, can and will you post some.demonstratingnusing these arpeggio exercises in a practical case? Give an example of how the Jaco and ovaJ exercises show up in a real song or a real set of chord changes.

As a bass player who started with bass clef brass instruments, I learned that tone and intonation are everything. I play a 5 string and have two main benefits to point out. I don't have to tune for drop D or Eb for example, and I don't have to play the low E as an "open" note. I can fret it to control my tone and intonation.
