I experienced the effects of imbalance due to the occult. Became obsessed in the early 2010s and ended up losing the power totally later on. Actually started believing it was totally psychological at a certain point. I've been working at balance between my spiritual and physical life and I've been regaining power again.

The asshole part had me dying laughing. I wanted to curse my ex who is a diagnosed paranoid sociopath. So yea just telling him I am would do the trikc without actually doing it.

It is kind of like gambling. Cos you will often find that people who are addicted to gambling have a very successful success the first time they gamble after that they get obsessed and addicted.

Great video. A level headed view on the subject. However, I wouldn't be too quick to 100% dismiss the possibility of frightening spiritual experiences when practicing magic, especially darker magic, Satanism etc. At least keep an open mind. It would be foolish to practice with your guard completely dropped.

I practiced magic as a pre teen and watched it unfold and I also paid the price when violating others free will. Also when I was a child I touched a homemade oija board and it was moving and I was confused I didn't know what that divination tool was because I was a child. My mom taught me tarot as a child. I have been around it my whole life and seen its power. Because you are using your own energy and possibly manipulating others (which is when you will pay) I have also seen entities I can't explain and I am shown signs from passed over loved ones constantly. There is truth in magic. You must respect free will and understand universal laws if you want to honor all life while expressing your power. You have to pair effort and your rituals I totally agree. Psychology and spirituality go hand in hand. Rituals are somatic exercises etc

I agree with all of this except to dismiss the possibility of possession or any other kind of spiritual influence an entity might have on you.

praying for material wealth will not work in accordance with the new testament because it says very expressly that you shouldn't even worry about your material well being... so you cannot conclude that prayer doesn't work simply because you didn't get that car or that house or win the lottery. That's very poor understanding on your part of biblical theology and the purpose of prayer... to judge the scriptures based on people who pray to God to give them money is just like judging the occult based on people who go crazy from it. Having watched your videos on why you left Christianity / the top ten lies of Christianity, I can only conclude that you were part of some funky American type church that is not based on sound interpretation of the scripture. The mainline American Christian church has been infiltrated in the past few decades by all kinds of things not belonging to the scriptures whatsoever, and to hear refutations such as this of why Christianity or prayer doesn't work only serves the more knowledgeable as an example of how poorly the critics often understand the word of God. Not to mention that the various ideologies that have made up the rainbow of occult thought through the ages are becoming the mainline fashionable religious and spiritual thought themselves. Peace

I tried to talk around a Thelemite who was putting himself into massive debt to reach 'the next level'. I asked him, have you tried looking for a job or starting your own business? I stopped talking to him. He could not be helped (and should have read his books more carefully). I am not speaking poorly of Thelema. It isn't a group and doesn't ask for fees.

What you mentioned here with most occult and prayers, is the Law of Attraction. Which is an actual phenomenon that I have done so myself a few times with small stuff I wanted? I agree that if you were to do a ritual or prayer that you have to take the opportunity to have it materialise in front of you.

I also get what you are saying, Rituals and Prayer alike are just psychology at it's finest. " I pray for my mother to be cured of cancer." via prayer she's going to have a more positive outlook and motivation to eat well and take care of herself and pursue the right treatment etc... I am very new to this but It's starting to make sense a bit.

Also I think it's important to clarify what occult is because it's been painted as scary and dark and evil by mainstream religious folk. Occult simply means hidden, so it's knowledge that's not been made popular. I love reading so-called occult literature and I think magic is a fascinating study as well but it's not for everyone! Hey, great content, glad I found your channel. I have a question for you: I have a friend who got obsessed with recording ghost voices (or EVP) in his house. To make a long, but very interesting story short, he began to hear the ghost voices (the same ones he heard on the recordings) in his head, constantly. He developed full blown psychosis and EVP was the catalyst. He fully believes they are astral beings that are bothering him. The voices do seem to mimic what most schizophrenics report, however he exhibits no other symptoms of schizophrenia. I'm curious to see what you would make of that situation. Most people have told him it's fully psychological and he finds that frustrating because he doesn't think that's the case. I'm on the fence about it.

With what you said about paying for membership, how do you feel about the greater church of lucifer having you pay for membership? You do receive material but it is 100-250 dollars for the few different memberships..

This is a very old video, but do you believe the rituals can work in the sense it would deviate from the results earned through aligning your phycology and effort in a secular framework in any substantial way? Psychological alignment + effort < Psychological alignment + effort + occult ritual?

Two other dangers that you might have mentioned: The first is the feeling of responsibility. Normally, we are only responsible for our own actions, but if you set in motion an operation that has disastrous results, you are responsible for the fallout. Anyone with a conscience can be crushed by accepting this responsibility. The second is that practicing the occult introduces a schism into the worldview. Most people have a worldview that is rational, based on simple cause-effect relationships. The occult introduces a splinter into that worldview, and when this happens, it begins to tear at the seems (sic) of one's worldview, widening the gap between simple cause/effect relationships. This widens the gap between what one believes to be reality, and what is actually real. Sanity suffers because the mind's ability to grasp reality becomes less coherent. It may not lead to clinical schizophrenia (which is a hodgepodge of various symptoms collectively defined) but it can lead to a psychotic break from reality, in which the mind fails to function normally in a rational way.

I'm currently an atheist but I have been very interested in the old pagan celtic gods, the gods of my ancestors. Dude I really dig your video and REALLY respect what you are saying...but there seems to be an err of doubt in whether this stuff works or not.. Im gonna tell you right now...I was pretty skeptical when I first discovered the occult....however I did a few rituals in which manifested entities....in the home in which I was practicing hermetic magick. So I had a few experiences that literally scared the shit out of me...as in I felt things inside of my body and head....night terrors etc...now all this could boil down to an unbalanced psychology HOWEVER. I have had numerous roomates tell me that the house was haunted or that they are having weird experiences ...interestingly I was practicing in secret,.....hoenestly I had a lot of intellectual friends who I was afraid would make fun of me not think I was a witch...so these were "balanced" individuals who did not feel comfortable in my home. ....needless to say I realized I was messing with things that I didn't know enough about....boxed up all my occult paraphanalia and literally forgot about it for 10 years.......so the reason Im even watching this video is my interest in the occult has recently been sparked by a series of strange events... interestingly enough one my current GF contacted me and told me that a guy she knew came into her work that she kind of knew....this gentleman happens to be renting the apartment in which I used to practice....he swears the place is haunted and wants out! I thought Id share....great video!! PS Edit - Id also like to add that for very quick and REAL results that are tangible... work with channeling and mediums....I understand that there is ALOT of charlatanism out there but you seem to have a good grounded spirit about you....and I think you would be able to smell the bullshit when its there VS the real deal....this is whats worked for me....I now have a genuine fear of whats possible with certain occult paths...

The big secret of the occult is the power of belief and will power. All you're really doing is learning to take full advantage of mind, both yours and others if you so choose. The only disagreement I'd have with this video is that it is extremely easy to control atheists. Not so much in regards to cursing them but just generally control. Atheists tend to be extremely polarised and polarised people are amongst the easiest people to control. Before anyone says it, there's nothing ethically wrong with mind control. It depends on how you're using it. One can use mind control against another for their own good. The truth is, most people are too damn stubborn to fix their own life so it's good to give those type of people a nudge in the right direction. Hell sometimes I'll lead people to hit rock bottom if I'm sure it'll teach them a good life lesson and they won't kill themselves in the process. All occultism is is mind control, just not in the "conspiracy theory" sense.

The programs have a way of convincing us that they ARE us. So with every action that we take, we need to ask ourselves, “Is this action being prompted by my True Divine Nature, or is its motivation and justification coming from something outside of my True Self?”

I'm a spiritualist btw, why do for example some tarot readers experience nightmares and fears, flashing pictures before sleeping after playing with the cards? I agree with this for the most part. A couple things I would like to comment on. 1. Saying that you should leave the occult if you get results right away seems like bad advice. Maybe they are a natural, maybe they were meant for it. Just keep a level head, don't spend 20 grand on enochian tools just because you got a girl to like you with your first ritual (lol) 2. I wouldn't say that any and all orders that cost money to join or require dues are scams.... that's a bit over the top. Just use good judgment, it's all about what the information is worth to you. I agree with everything you said, however regular practice can also give you more control over your life, there is a balance between practical reality and occult I agree. However to get more freedom and control regular practice is needed, I have a lot of success, sometimes its not so great and sometimes its just awesome.

the subconscious and fleeing thoughts do often come to reality. it's the way too consciously implant the thought into the subconscious with out thinking about it too much. I've found it's like quantum observation. I think some occult things were methods to achieve this to manifest intention. I don't know how to achieve this but would love to learn. I've observed many times that a unconscious fleeing thought the event happens quite fast after.

Could this be why I have more excessive problems with guilt because, I not wisely used LSD I was peer pressured I did not want to in fact, I wanted to sell it or just microdose at most because I knew my mind was not disciplined enough but the peer pressure was so consistent that my will broke after a few weeks of constant peer pressure from my brother. I believe LSD could be used as potentially a spiritual/occult device to assist in a multitude of ways but I also believe it can be equally as destructive and for example should never ever be used as a party drug it's not cociane LSD literally breaks reality in so many ways it is crazily mysterious powerful and vaste.
