because there are fewers players in oce region, typically as far as im aware most if not all the ht3s arent ht3. a tier tester on na told me that ht3 oce translates to roughly lt3 na and the difference here in na between lt3 and ht3 is actually quite large

I still lag on oce ( i live in Tasmania), it's so annoying, my normal activities on oce consists of being killed 5 times before finallly getting a kill
