It’s my favorite scene as well. I just think this is outright an example of perfect storytelling with humor and music and everything else that makes it great
@@johnswh I see it like they were actual good friends for a very very short time, and we only got to see that for like 1 or 2 episodes, then yeah, the rest of their interactions are a mess.
NO TOBY, THEY DONT HAVE TO STOP!!!! that was fantastic! kinda like Dueling banjos in Deliverance. They should release that song on The Office soundtrack. Bloody amazing!
The best part of this is how they transitioned from trying to outdo each other to impress Erin to totally abandoning her and singing and playing in complete harmony... It's so funny and beautiful to see. Then Toby killed the vibe as always (That's why Michael hates him lol)
yeah all the scene had amazing flow and the ending with toby punching the window and asking them to stop with that desperate voice was amazing comedy writing
That’s not the best part of it, that’s literally it. You’re explaining the video everybody watched in its comment section 😂 no worries tho, you’re not the first to do so.
@@danielamaris6367 He clearly didn't mean 'best moment within the scene' though did he and didn't just describe every detail of the scene. He's summarising the narrative of the scene to express his appreciation of that - presumably as opposed to the acting and musicianship on display which most other comments are talking about.
i loved how they didnt give a fuck about anything else eventually and kept jamming together, just like any proper jamming session man, brings all together..
I like how it started as a Banjo vs Guitar duel to attract Kelly and in the end they made a very awesome duet and forget about Kelly altogether. "Take it Andy!", Awesome banjo solo lol...
Dwight's face at 0:21 really made my heart melt.. No doubt, this scene is the reason why I started to love andy & Dwight.. OMG and his German... 🤞😍😍😍❣️
Most of the german in this series is pretty bad like from google translate. Especially when they say "In german it is called...." its always wrong. But the one pastor friend of Dwight was fluent in german
Micheal sad it right (when Toby returned from the hospital) NO!, GOD NO! NOOOOOOO, NOOOOOOOOOOO.......... Micheals greatest phrase...."Try not to suck all the air out of the room when you go in!!!" The Office has to be the best TV show on air today!!!
Man when I learned Steve Carrell could really play hockey, my mind was blown. Now I know ed helms can actually play banjo and rainn Wilson can play guitar and it’s so impressive 😂
Also Creed Bratton is a professional musician/singer and Darryl (Craig Robinson) plays piano and sings pretty well. They're all very talented people, I think that's a part of why the show was so successful
I love how at first they were trying to impress her but then the power of music over took them both and they forgot about her and just started jamming. That's what music's about people
