Fuente Farm was birthed out of the desire of the founding member of the firm to contribute our quota to food security of the nation and, in turn, reduce unemployment and poverty.
In order to achieve our vision, our goal is to build corporate farmers, who would take pride in their profession just as a lawyer or an investment banker would.
Over the last four 4 years, we have also contributed tens of thousands of tons of tomatoes, bell peppers, sweet corn, cabbage, lettuces, cucumber, and many other high value crops to the Nigerian economy.
Our experience so far strengthens our resolve on the immense and untapped opportunities in the agricultural space.
We have found a model that works, and our aim is to scale up this model to help achieve better economics.
We believe that no one individual or corporate can solve food insecurity and the challenges it comes with. Hence, our goal is to seek collaborations and partnerships going forward.
We are committed to building an agricultural hub in the South-West where over 100 Agric businesses will co-exist and share resources.
Our next phase of expansion would see us train over 2,000 corp members annually both in Lagos and Ogun State.
We intend to set up businesses for at least 25% of the graduating members. By extension, our vision is to continue to provide job opportunities and support to the communities around us.
