@I Yes, that's the point, I'm saying that what "ACTUALLY" happened, what Kaya should have told the people giving him a fine, was that someone else must have taken the recycling out of the bin so they could put their own inside, thus making Kaya innocent of any wrongdoing, allowing him to possibly avoid the fine. I didn't phrase it like that in my initial comment because I didn't want to be outright telling him to lie. Why else would I say something that blatantly doesn't align with the info he gave us?
