Not wanting to reveal my age....ahem, but an adolescent girl back in 1974 fell in love with a band named "Queen"...more importantly, developed a crush on a certain bass player named John Deacon. My best friend, Lauren and I played a vinyl copy of a new album released in October 1975 called "A Night At The Opera" and particularly "a six minute quasi-operatic dirge" 😉 aptly named "Bohemian Rhapsody". My best friend tragically passed away in 2013, but her memory lives on every time I hear a track from that album. Thanks guys for the memories and for continuing to rock on. Love to you all. That's the thing, Queen has always been multimedia, whether it was the music videos, or Flash and Highlander, then Wayne's World (even Suicide Squad, God help us, lol). It's all led people to the music. It's very appropriate for so many new fans to come through a biopic.

*Bueno gente llegue muy temprano y como no se que pingo deci porque no vi el vídeo les voy a dejar los ingredientes para la receta de una pastaflora muy fácil casera:* -125 gr manteca o margarina -125 gr azúcar -1 huevo -ralladura de 1/2 limón -esencia de vainilla -250 gr harina leudante -600 gr dulce de membrillo Preparación: Cremar la manteca y el azúcar, luego agregar ralladura de limón, agregar el huevo y la esencia de vainilla, revolver... Después la harina leudante, formar un bollo tierno sin amasar. Yo lo hago con una espátula, queda una masa blanda ojo no agregar más harina. Envolver en film y llevar a la heladera mínimo 2 horas de reposo. Luego de las 2 horas, retiramos la masa de la heladera y espolvoreamos mesa y masa con harina. Con las 3/4 partes de masa estirar y forrar un molde de 26 o 28 cm de diámetro. Poner encima el dulce de membrillo. Yo previamente al pisarlo lo pongo en el microondas 1 minuto. Hacer el enrejado con la masa restante. Yo estiro la masa y voy cortando las tiras con una cuchilla. Pintar con huevo batido. Ojo solo las tiras no el borde. Llevar a cocinar en horno 190° durante 25 minutos aproximadamente. Depende de cada horno. Y listo! Pastaflora hecha! A degustar!!!
