THE OIL-RICH CITY AND REGION OF GHANA- MY IMPRESSION OF TAKORADI 

This place reminds me of Uyo in Nigeria. But Uyo appears so posh and damn nicer, with wider roads, beautiful trees, best road network, world class and luxurious golf resorts, first smart airport in Africa, best stadium in Nigeria and so many facilities in the city. As you drive through takoradi, I felt like visiting Uyo for vacation. I called Takoradi- small Uyo. I want to use this avenue to appreciate all Igbo RU-vidrs residing in Ghana such as Mr manager naija, blue Beatrice, Lily ogini, sunny chima, you yourself and many others. You guys are really showing the positive sides of ghana to the world. Ghanaian government needs to recognized you guys and show you some love. Thanks so much! Igbos and Ghanaians are boy friend and girl friend. Only the igbos can do this.

@Jummy you did not see Takoradi at all. Sorry you couldn’t use your drone. I suspect it’s because all places you showed have military installations in proximity. The naval base is on top of the port area. The airport is actually the airforce base and not a commercial airport. You didn’t show Takoradi port form a vantage point. Harbour view is the place to do this from or the signal station at chapel hill. I’d you go the signal station at chapel hill. You only hit the tip of beach road… next time hire me to take you guys on tour 😅

Takoradi is more green than Accra, from Accra girls school down to 37 military hospital they have cut down all the tress that use to make that place beautiful what a stupid idea 😮

Kumasi is not nice looking at all, Ashantis are nice, sociable and hospitable but you would want to leave quick, wait till the Airport is completed before you go there, because the new airport is one of the few nice things you'd see there.
