The Oldest English medium school in India 

During British rule in India, many Englishmen married Indian women, giving rise to a new community of people - the Anglo-Indians. The Anglo-Indian community is well known for its contribution to the education system in India. And Chennai is home to the oldest Anglo-Indian school that also happens to be the oldest English medium school in India.
