Tank is looking very nice! So glad you are in cruise control mode with it...always a great spot to be in. I got that ecoflow setup the other day. Plugged my apex energy bar into it and added another line of code to each of the outlets so that most of them (especially my power hungry items) get set to off when I lose power. Flipped the breaker and did a test; worked perfectly. All outlets get set to off except for my return pump, so the UPS is only having to provide about 20 watts of energy. Looks like I'll get about 10 hours of run time powering my cor15. Pretty incredible!! Thanks for the great videos on that; I am really pleased with it!
Brilliant! Okay, I’m on this. Gotta make it happen this summer. I feel it’ll be good to have the sump water flowing if an outage happens. There are some key benefits to not letting that water sit down there for hours on end. By the way, checked out your coral growth video - wow. You’re crushing it with that MH and your 2007 reefing wizardry! 😆
I wish they’d grow faster! I guess I see it every day, so the growth doesn’t blow me away. I have noticed it though. The system is super stable. Hope my one acro frag goes wild in the next few months 🤣
Thanks for the update buddy! Glad to hear everything is going well. Cant wait for We the Reefers to start back up, i thoroughly enjoyed it! Look forward to the next video, be well!
They are cannons, and with spread. It almost doesn’t make sense based on my past experiences with lights. 20% intensity. Hitting 500 par on top of the reef in combo with standard Quanta Pro bars. Like…wut…
Thank god, everything looks to have survived the initial adjustment to the tank. Now the trick will be to not slack off over the summer months. I think I got this lol.
I’m still fighting my Trident. Every day the 6am Alk test fails. It’s ridiculous. Paid Aperture $150 or something to rehab it, and now this quirk. I really don’t want to deal with them again, but it’s not looking good.
Not yet, but I am planning to program my EB832 to shut everything off except the COR return pump, if an outage happens. For now, I’ve got an emergency wavemaker in the display tank, hooked to the battery.
