Honestly amazing writing to describe Omega like that. As if it just appeared out of nowhere to wreak havoc. And yet we know it actually travels through space and even across dimensional rifts

For additional info it was originally called "Prelude to the Void" for the first half of FF5's final dungeon.

@@brutejustice8593 Nobuo Uematsu is also a prolific composer that has worked on a high number, if not a majority of Square Enix titles as well as other games, and is responsible for the iconic Final Fantasy Prelude motif. Legend in the industry

If we're listening during the actual fight, the music actually fades (and ended) at "Never-ending, onward march!" along with Blue Screen cast bar :P Either way are poetic and I love it

And It makes absolute sense, because It is Omega evolving from trying to be us (hearthless and from the heaven) to accepting being something Else (and also an urgent enemy, which is TftH theme for)

Tbh they used it in the trailer, so I kinda assumed they weren't gonna use it last

Kinda makes sense when you regard From the Heavens as Omega's replicated version of Torn From the Heavens. At first, Omega tries to mimic WoL, that's when FTH is played. During the raid, Omega learned the true meaning of "heart", and became exactly like you and me. The battle is no longer the battle between a player and a heartless machine, but a battle between 2 Warriors of Light (actually 9 lol). And that's why TFTH is played in the final phase. Anyway that's just my theory

In what reality do you stay spoiler free from this fight? Asking genuinely, the only way to see the model spoiler free would be to blind prog the entire fight, which only a few groups have the time and skill to do. And I'm assuming you aren't clearing the ult blind, so why the toxicity?

@@epicserpents7586 What toxicity??? Its an awful trend to just literally spoil EVERYTHING on thumbnails or titles, just for clicks. And i still believe there are players who prefer doing stuff blind and on their own...

@@BL33NB That's fine, just don't watch the videos or be on the internet with FFXIV content. The rest of us will watch and listen to the BGM, and the people that don't want spoilers can just go clear the content blind.

I was hoping that too. I do like the orchestral torn from the heavens but I think the eorzean symphony from the heavens is way cooler.

It would not fit, because in TOP final phase Omega is not trying to be us anymore

50% of the things of the game lore happened bc of Omega so it makes sense she has the Main Theme of the game on his Ultimate.

TEA music rendition in my opinion kinda worse. They make the Brute Justice theme too fast, the final phase theme is so boring with unnecessary orchestrial stuff. Original Alexander still better

@@arolimarcellinus8541 the final phase theme of alexander is peak. Anything but a grandiose orchestra wouldn't have fit the royal atmosphere of the final phase of Alexander

@@arolimarcellinus8541 Yeah but for me is a Zone BGM for a Bossbattle or eScape for a Bossbattle also very bad choice, yeah TEA is on some points REALLY fast.. but TOP feels almost "Yeah just use some music that someone fit to Omega idk"
