I've been looking for something like this as a hybrid strat. for anyone wondering I ran this through Crapsee and when he reset he was up total 660 after VIGS were calculated in and ended $1125 at the end of the video. Thank you for sharing this strat Waylon! Christ is king!

Wow Waylon you totally make total sense on the 4 and 10 being rolled six ways and the seven being rolled six ways. This is the ONE. I played your equalizer today at the Venetian and I thought that was brilliant and walked out almost $600 richer. Now I'm blown away just seeing this put out by you. Now you give us the ONE. Looks confusing a little at First but totally makes sense
At first I couldn't see how this would make money, but now I do. You're waiting for the table to go from light to dark and dark to light. When you're loaded up on the opposite side, you get caught up when the table turns. Very cool, Waylon!
I've played this same exact strategy, but on the Roulette table. Instead of playing 4/10 and 7 simultaneously, you play Red and Black simultaneously. I've been trying to figure out a way to implement this strategy in Craps. And I think you presented a perfect opportunity. Thank you!
Looks like the 4 & 10 Buys are the profit engine here, but the 7's are going to have their way too. Laddering provides the balance. The profit is built in to the bets, but you don't need to win them down, just need to to rack 'em. Pretty ingenious... for a 'country boy'. Thanks for sharing
@@waylonswaycraps OK friend, this one is fun to play around with. Seems as if the 2 sides stay at level 3 or less you're just racking (grind?). One side gets out of whack, you can just suspend the ladder on the losing side & let the winning side win. Losing side starts showing again, bring the laddered amount back in play & let it pay off. Don't have play rules worked out, but Wow! Another thing that worked well when 4&10's showing (& Lays get big), was keep the 4/10 Buys at level 2 & regress the Lay bets 2 levels after each win. $$ Maker

And don't forget people, you have to take in consideration that for every $100 on the "buy" is a $5 vig fee an every $100 on the "lay" is $2.50 or round up/down, so $2 or $3 is vig fee,,so the vig fees come out of profit.
Automatic free buy bets on the 4&10 at many casinos in Vegas in fact most out there are. And at all MGM properties they only take the vig if the lay bet wins not before so that saves a lot of money when they take the vig only after.
This will work well I do believe. I am gonna be using some of this in Reno second week in November. The 6/8 bankroll building for the One with a side of triple dippin to Dixie Land while farming the field and seeing Horns is what I am calling it. My win goal just got bigger. I got 5 days of work 3 hrs a day and the rest is grinding out profits on a crap table. I have done run the scenarios dozens of ways. Starting small to work into profit that makes more profit. Pfft If I do this right, I will be a legend or I lose the small bankroll I am bringing and will watch TV for a damn week in a casino hotel. lol!!

I just got back from Vegas last week. The casinos on Fremont St , Golden Nugget, Four Queens, etc. will not let you lay and buy equal bets. I went to 3 and they all said no. I then went out on the strip to the MGM grand and the boss said, I don't care how you bet. So I played the One and won $285. My wife was with me and she wanted to leave or I would have kept playing. So to answer a couple of questions I saw here, yes there are some casinos that will not let you play equal lays and buys. I suppose you could get around that by starting your betting with 100 lays and 200 buys, then go from there. Thanks Waylon.

@@waylonswaycraps yeah.. i killed 4000 real quick.. lol. I think what you said early on is to watch your bankroll after a win and start over without keeping the ladders in play. I rand it up by about 700 then wiped it out when red showed 6 times. (Thankfully it was crapsee money) Probably just do total package this weekend again. Or an " outside press press collect collect" if the 5 dollar table is there again. Still, I might try this anyway for shiggles..

hello waylon, as you know i went to the casinos last night and played the "one" for approximately two and one-half hours at the hundred-dollar level. in the end i lost eight dollars. i made all the correct bets. the dealers appeared to be a bit confused before i calmed them down. The table had six players and I would like to get a table for myself and play alone. anyway, it was a bit frustrating with the dealers may have made a few mistakes but i doubt it. i never rolled and maybe that was the issue. i am going back on thursday to get my eight dollar loss back in addition to winning some serious money. any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you

WoW thanks Waylon its sooo simple i thought it wouldn't work but with a smart ladder it does!! BTW I'm stuck here in Mid-Oklahoma with just a single-bubble craps machine that is coded to not let you place/buy the same number you have a Lay bet on.....so I'm thinking can this same concept work with buying 5/9 laying 4/10 or maybe to get around the machine code? Never commented but was wondering if you are waiting for the point to be established first and then placing bets and then pulling bets after the point hits until a new point is established. If not do you double the lay on a come out 4 or 10

They are the hard working folks that actually do put food on our tables. We know you're kidding a bit about yourself. You're appreciated on many levels, not just on RU-vid. Anyway, I'm going to roll this out, when I'm done typing. Question: does a 4 or 10 point have any effect on this? I'll know in a moment or two, but just curious, now. I spent a couple of summers in Mobile, running door-to-door, when I was a dumb college student. Ended up loving the State and the "Raids" I made on N.O. on the weekends were memorable, for sure.... Wizard Waylon is at it again, cool strategy. Just rolled out on my table, 20 random shooters, 2k bankroll, grew to $4356. My start bet was a $50 unit not $100 like you showed. Had 3 go 20 rolls or so. Was running Equalizer at same time, that was $1572 up, both strong as elevator rope. Does Biloxi make you pay the vig upfront on the lay bet? Waylon one year ago like most people I didn’t really understand what was happening. What a difference a year makes when you don’t have anything to do but study the game of Craps. Would the only hole to this strategy be if you were to get amazingly streaky with hitting one way without hitting the other? In other words if say the 7 keeps coming out and a 4 or 10 never gets rolled for a loooong time? Does this make sense what I am asking? Anyways love the channel subbed!
My favorite way to play it is to start on with more on the lays so if the 7 keeps coming I don't do anything but collect and stay at the same level! I only go up when I lose money
Depends! Sometimes 500$ Sometimes 1000$ or more ! Really cold table I'll settle for 500$! If the 4&10s are rolling equally with the 7s I'll take it to them
Waylon…..question please sir….With this strategy are the ratios important? For example, with $100 base, is it OK to ladder up or down $50 instead of $100? I know that with many of your strategies the ratio of bets are very important and I only ask this due to a limited bankroll!!
The 'ol differential bet. Yes, sir, can be done on any of the numbers OR the pass/don't pass...if casino doesn't allow p/dp at same time do the C/DC. I play this in Baccarat...money maker.

So I'm new to craps and super curious to run this out at the casino next week. My question is how supportive and willing are the dealers at the craps table are to handle all of the ladder ups and downs of your strategy in your experience. It sounds like a lot of movement each roll that hits or loses and interested in how the dealers deal with the activity.

I just saw this video and Waylon thank you for this fantastic way to play, I also just watched part 2, and again just great. In part 1 you rolled 57 times if my count was right and during those 57 rolls you had 9 Craps rolls roughly one every 6.33 rolls which is about right, - 3 2's, 2 3's, 2 11's and 3 12's. If you start at the beginning and always work a 12 Horn with an extra dollar for each of the 3 and the 11, and then ladder if not hit after the fourth roll, 8th roll, 12th roll, 16th roll, and so on. You would have 14, 14, 14, 14, 28, 28,28, 28, 36, 36, 36, 36, bet and then a hit on the first $42 Ladder of the horn from the first The One video. Looks like to me after the total 57 rolls that made an extra $490 to your total if my math was correct, which would be a great addition to part 1 of your The One series. I am asking if you have an opinion on this and if you think that would help out during the use of The One method? Thank you again Waylon!

I feel sorta embarrassed but I played this at a $5 level tonight and discovered it can reach a point of diminishing returns. I lost ~$1500 before I gave up. My last level was 130 on the lays and 5 on the place bets. I'm not worried about the money, but I feel silly for trying to make it work. Have a stop loss! This strategy is awesome but stuff happens.
I'm thinking the ship started capsizing about 10x on the lay side. After that level, it may be time to throw in the towel on the session and live to fight another day.
