Honestly, it doesn't take much, a nipple will give you some pain. I grow and eat habanaros a long with Ghost peppers, so I've got a high spice tolerance. The one chip is no joke.. a Jalapeños has around 10,000 Scoville units, 1 chip with a reaper pepper is multiple million. I use ghost pepper to flavor stuff and give it heat, but i dont (i have done it) eat them straight like Habanaros. There's restaurants that use some of the world's hottest peppers that make you sign waivers to eat it, like The 'Four Horsemen' burger. Some people have had seizures from the one chip challenge. At this point they're breeding peppers just to be the world's new hottest pepper, they don't care about flavor anymore lol.
