Update June 2023 - Hotel name changed to : The One Gallery Hotel
Discover here a NEW hotel opening its doors in March 2023. Originally named Selectum Family Resort Cayo Santa Maria, management changed in June 2023 to become THE ONE GALLERY HOTEL. This is a 5-star All-Inclusive Beachfront Resort located on the pristine island of Cayo Las Brujas, part of the 'Cayos de Villa Clara' off the northern coast of the main island of Cuba. This resort is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cuba, Playa La Salina, a few kilometers west of Cayo Santa Maria (the main island of this touirst hub).
Découvrez ici un NOUVEL hôtel qui ouvre en mars 2023. Initialement nommé Selectum Family Resort Cayo Santa Maria, la direction a changé en juin 2023 pour devenir THE ONE GALLERY HOTEL. Il s'agit d'un resort 5 étoiles tout compris en bord de mer situé sur la magnifique île vierge de Cayo Las Brujas, qui fait partie des « Cayos de Villa Clara » au large de la côte nord de l'île principale de Cuba. Ce complexe est situé sur l'une des plus belles plages de Cuba, Playa la Salina, à quelques kilomètres à l'ouest de Cayo Santa Maria (l'île principale de ce pôle touristique).

We were here in may ! Be prepared not to find everything you wish for it !! My daughter booked an ocean view payed 300 extra dollars for it but they never give it to her !! The hotel has over 600 room and it was booked only 10% when we were there !!! No ocean view room ?? They save those for the Cuban when they go for the week end apparently they have priority over tourist! Food it's ok if you are not picky !! Hard to sleep at night apparently they have people cleaning the room when people are suppose to sleep !! Not organized when it comes to know what's happening during the day ! No towels hangers in bathroom and the fridge was filled up only once the all time I was there I had to go in lobby to ask for water !! beside this beach is to die for pool is nice people are lovenly i will definately go back even because i dont drink so if they run out it's not a problem for me !! Its a new resort lots of things need attention still and dont be surprised if nobody asks you as your vacation is going 😂😊

Yes, there is a digital control pad near the door to adjust the temperature and turn on/off the AC.

Hi . had a few questions about this resort. The delux oceanview room , does it also have a bathtub ? If not do you know what the resort charges for a room upgrade ? . Also is this resort packed or is there enough privacy and room to enjoy yourself and relax in the pool etc..? And do they have a seafood restaurant?

Hello, According to the room desciption from the different tour operators offering this hotel, it seems like the Deluxe Rooms only have a shower. We don't know yet how much they charge for a room upgrade, sorry. The hotel only opened a few weeks ago, occupancy has been very low so far and will likely remain so in the coming weeks as we head into low season. Due to low occupancy, not all specialty restaurants are open every night. The information we initially received is that the specialty restaurants would be: Asian, Cuban (Creole) and Italian, but one of the tour operators (Sunwing) says: Asian, International, Cuban and Seafood, others say: Asian, International and Cuban. The hotel chain (Selectum) does not yet have a full description of this hotel on its website. I guess we'll know more as we get more reviews and trip reports from travelers.

They have restaurants a la cart wich you've to reserve in the morning for it !! We did fish night, cuban night and international the rest we went to.the buffet but they have a snack bar by the pool that has good stuff too dont expect fries or chicken fingers if you are going with kids !! Once they run out its over

Horrible service with bus loads of locals arriving, causing food shortage, people were incredibly rude and with overcrowding, there could be algae in the pool and many other issues. Do not go here!

I had a bad stay Mar.03.-Mar.10/2023 . my purse was stollen by the locals. The management did do nothing to find it . On top of this , I was forced to pay for a bath towels that they ware colored by my dyed hare .The person who did this was the hotel manager. His name is Mannalis Sanches - very rude with bad attitude . Hi destroyed my vacation . To everyone !!!!!!! . DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I agree once the buses with Cubans arrive they take over everything and us tourist that brings money to the country we go in second place and yes also rude I was there in May
