The sport in pre-modern times, these camels had child riders (slave or free), but the practice of putting young boys on the camels for this type of race is now banned and been replaced with figures or automatons

I know camels are use to the heat of the desert, but having to run god knows how far, having a small robot beat you with a whip and a speaker yelling at you, also cars and other voices yelling at you and honking horns, they most be soo stressed out and miserable, and their running soo far they have got froth all other themselves from it. Those poor things. They shouldn't have to suffer for our entertainment.

I live in the U.S in Delaware and we do have some horse farms with some camels but more in PA though.

You guys know that there are hospitals for camels and these are free in Saudi Arabia. That is really taking animal welfare to another level. They are also trying to save the wild camels in Australia who are culling them in a very cruel way

A camel has ussualy an "fat reserve" on his back. He can last an week with it after drinking a lot of water. I am very sure they wont feed that camel for an week on purpose, just to let it lose weight. You also cant see the fat reserve. Is this really what animals made fore?
