the part where you talk about not being able to make friends in your lobbies is actually really important: i think people dont realize how easy it is to meet people who will add you just because you're communicating. it can be scary to be the first person to talk, but it's not like you're legally obligated to actually make small talk or have a conversation. just make your callouts and talk about plays or things that could have been done differently, and you'll quickly find people that reciprocate and they just might add you. ive added like a dozen people this way, just seriously, start communicating in your games yall

5:36 you do not need to stare at her gadget after you called. When she pressed call and you got +10 you can stop pushing gadget button so you win like 1.5-2 seconds by not staring at her device

Nice video, information is key and many people don't understand this. You can have the shittiest aim, but when you know where they are, it's easier to get kills

one thing to remember with gadgets, if you don't use it, you loose it. Once I fully understood it, it really boosted my solo kills, and really helped make team plays better.

I've been playing siege a lot and I'm almost always the only one who drones out during prep it's so frustrating because then my team spends half the round just looking for the site

He didnt touch on it but at 4:10 he does something called a soft nade. that can be super useful as a info source as well because if a defender is there they will either immediately move or push.

I'm brand new to siege but I like info characters like Zero but my teammates NEVER use any comms or cameras to help when they die. And If I try to communicate they tell me to off myself or to shut up when I telling them where enemies are haha

As a Dokk main I'm sad because people dont know how to quickly call them by almost letting the call go through but stopping it at the end.

My friends and I love R6 because of the team aspect. I’ve never been the best FPS gamer, so I found myself very useful with Valk. Often I throw 3 cameras up high around sight and roam aggressively to try and catch someone off guard and keep the enemy of their toes. Often times I die, but I provide such valuable intel on cams that I may as well be the most important person on the team lol.

i love how i play this game specifically because it emphasizes intel gathering over pure gunplay and then my teammates literally do not drone in prep or attack phase, rush into site with defuser, and instantly fucking die

More people need to learn to use drones/cams, when I’m in a stack where everyone drones and gives calls the vibe is overall good and I can drop multiple double digit kills in a ranked session while ranking up

I notice you hold the Dokkaebi gadget after you trigger the call. You can actually exit the animation early and the call will still go off, giving you an extra second of time for you to use the call sounds.

As a long time gamer, "Siege timing" isn't a thing, it's called "COD timing" or getting "COD timed." Ngl, I recoiled a little when I heard "siege timing" lmao, any long time gamer would be aware of COD timing

Literally, what I play Monti for and people don't always understand, but if you choose to play off me, people can pick up easy kills and gain map control. So much information is available

I play solo. The only coms I get from my team is shit talk. 9/10 it's the guy on the bottom of the board telling me I suck for not clutching a 1v4

If people could actually learn to use ping 2.0 by now it would improve their game. Been out for so long and people still refuse to use it, and just hard ping or don't use it to give info on a area. If hatch is open ping it if with randoms and you refuse to talk. This mainly applies to console anymore cause on pc I rarely have this issue. On ps working toward my champ it was horrid cause people don't talk nor ping 2.0 anything.

My teams are full of griefers, trolls, inebriated persons, people who don't care, etc. All I hear is how it's casual, it's this, it's that. I'd love to play like this but can't do it myself.

Every round i make like 10+ kills and my whole random mate team like all 4 together have around 2 kills All together so its just impossible to get out of gold with random mates

The issue is I’m at a point In ranked when people do not use cams at all and just bum rush site or other kills. When I’m playing valk I almost feel like I wasted an opportunity to play a better fragging operator instead because I’m getting the most amount of info while also getting practically no info at all. Same goes for attacking. I’ll spend all my time setting up the juiciest drone spots just for no one to look at or even bother using them, even dead teammates. No one looks at or even uses cams anymore all they do is spectate you play the match and criticize the way you play way to harshly or sit on their phone watching TikTok’s. Silver-Gold sucks ass, especially when I’m getting to go against fucking emeralds every match. Like said info is everything and when there are beautifully placed cams for you to use. They should be 100% exploited by everyone on the team. Not completely forgotten and disregarded

Unfortunately I am on European servers where I cant understand my teammates so Iana is useless. I use zero but his cameras have really high sensitivity for some reason so I cant ping accurately with controller so I have to scan

I am a new player. I often play whole rounds as a drone bot, just pinging enemy players, dodging their attacks to make them attack me leaving them open to ganks. It's a winning strategy. 😏
