I've been down the pandemic road already. My husband and I got West Nile virus. In my small universe it was a pandemic. Everything that everyone is afraid of now I have already experienced but it lasted 7 years. And we were deathly sick. We lost everything financially. We lost our relationships. We lost totally control of our lives. But every adjustment I made to survive made me stronger. I'm not saying what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. No. What made me stronger was the ability to see God in all things. I guess basically I'm an optimist. My husband was not. His experience has been completely different even though we experienced the same symptoms. When everything that you hold on to, to keep you safe falls away you will start to see the truth. You don't need anything to keep you safe. You are always safe. You cannot be damaged when you are god. I'm so excited for the rest of humanity to have the opportunity to grow the way I know is possible. It's the perfect solution to our problems. It feels right.

We are all one pure love and our essence is pure consciousness ....sending peace and light from Syria to all living beings on earth 💚

Michael, I have SOOO many things I want to say. 1) I am such a fan of Paul Selig’s-and I watch as many of his interviews as I can, and because of your excellent questions, his message really had the chance to “shine”. I was on the “edge of my seat”, listening to every word with rapt attention because of where you led the conversation with your questions that were so inspired in and of themselves. Thank you for all your heart work, and soul work, and homework you did in preparation for this blessed encounter between you and Paul for our benefit. 2) God brings to each one of us the messages we need to hear. My attention, for the past few years, has been circling around the work and words of Paul Selig, Byron Katie, Dolores Cannon, Eckhart Tolle along with the consistent study of A Course in Miracles. And the co-resonance I experience between all of these teachers’ words and with my own heart and soul is mystical, confirming, supportive, and lifting. And not only that-but the combination of their different ways of explaining things enhances each others’ teachings and boosts my understanding exponentially. The combination of the teachings makes many more light bulbs go off than with any one of them alone. 3) Paul is one of the most authentic, humble, down-to-earth (which is kind of a funny way to describe a channeler) communicator of the Truth that I’ve come across. I remember how difficult it was for me to follow his channeling style when I first came across videos of him. Keep listening to him and in no time you will find that the double expressions are no problem at all, and even helpful because you hear it twice. It is a little bit like meeting someone who has a strong accent because English isn’t his mother tongue. But the longer you know that person, the easier it is to understand him-even to the point of hardly ever noticing the accent. He has said in many interviews that his way of channeling isn’t elegant, and it is beyond his control. We are so blessed that he is so dedicated to “showing up to do the work anyway.” 4) Now I have a question, and would love to hear what you would reply to this, Michael: Paul says “What you damn damns you back.” WHO damns us back? My thoughts about this: God doesn’t damn you back-because that isn’t the nature of God. If I damn another person-let’s say a certain elected official-is it THAT person who is damning me back? No, I don’t think so. Who does that leave who could possibly be damning me back???? ME! Is this what the Guides are implying? That when we damn another, it is WE who are damning ourselves. We are all one. We will find joy when we stop judging and damning any being within the One. I hardly ever comment to anything online. Watching the video so inspired me. Your sweet “woo hoos” always make me smile-they send “joy vibes” to my heart. I thank you, Michael, so very sincerely.

I find it interesting how everyone, that I have seen, that interviews this wonderful man decided to interpret what he says and explain things they do not understand. It would be GREAT to give him the respect he and the guides deserve. Just sit back and let him teach you without putting your spin on it.

12:40 message reminded me of a small child being afraid of their shadow, not understanding what it is and why it moves, following them. I laughed so hard once at a little girl trying to run away from hers and screaming because she couldn't lose it. That's what we're doing now, trying to shake our collective reality and not realizing we are already free.

This is soooo good! Thank you! "It shows in how we treat each other & the planet...you don't kill what is holy." I was listening to this great show 3 or 4 years ago & somehow lost track of it, & here it is at a ripe time to greet me again & many others as well, your good medicine more needed than ever by humans & all beings.

All you need to worry about right now is the war between love and fear. In yourself and in the world. The energy now supports us in this. I just kicked the butt of a fear I carried for 20 yrs. Couldn't believe how much easier it is now.

I agree with most, especially "the true self lifts what it encounters." Please understand that the choice to not to check the news everyday is a choice to explore what our individual reality is, rather than allowing the media to dictate what it is, or fall into the feelings of what someone else's reality is. We can be spectators of what is happening in the world, and not deny others their reality. If my neighbor is suffering, I can feel empathy for that. I do not have to suffer also. Nor does it help my neighbor for me to feel guilty because I am not suffering.

I deeply resonate with what Paul/ The Guides are saying. Thank you for this. I had never heard of him before. 🙏🏼💖

Thank you Paul & Michael, have watched this twice now. For viewers, I can say pretty confidently Paul is a model of Intellectual Honesty. While “the problem of evil” is not adequately addressed for my concerns in this, the focus on personal alignment with Divinity as our core task (which then possibly provides a better vantage point for PoE concerns{?}) is something which rings pervasively True. Michael’s kindness and vigilance again Shines forth in an inadvertently compassionate & healing way. Really appreciate you guys were able to connect in this time, and share enriching insights as have become remarkably reliable in this little corner of our virtual world. Thanks again.

39:40 - HOW CAN WE SERVE DURING THIS TIME:- How one serves is how one expresses in fullness. How one attends to what is before him. How one attends to his neighbors needs; his brother's needs, his sister's needs. You must understand who you are. You are all aspects of one source - having individual experiences, but you are not separate. The belief in separation is what will be healed, through these times, if you attend to the lessons that come. And the lessons are coming very fast. What you call a virus, is not the first, nor will it be the last lesson - of the cost of separation. You have opportunity in every lesson, to know who you truly are, and to witness the divine in your brother, and to care for those who are sick. To feed those who are hungry. To love those who are not loved. You have every opportunity now. How you attend to these times and one another. Will have lasting effect. And it will be for you, and for the future of humanity, to know itself in a higher way. Period.

I have been following Paul since his first workshop in Santa Fe NM 2009, and I still really struggle with how to view negative things, people, situations, animal abusers, rapists, etc., and although I have no desire to see the Divine in those persons or situations, it is helpful to understand that when I place someone in darkness, I claim that darkness for myself... which I don't want. So I found this discussion helpful. I'm interested in how others deal with this process. Peace all, and love to your hearts. 💖

These times are an opportunity to send Love to All and the Universe. Love raises the vibration and in service, to each other. This is how you serve. I had to ask this question of myself and was told to send Love out, no matter or what you see or read. When One delves to go deeper into the true self of Love then we all move together with the collective consciousness. The sooner we come together the sooner we will move into the higher dimensions. Along with mother earth, as she is moving through the photon belt. All is in Divine Order. Love & Light to All!

Thank you very much Paul. Your words have, thoroughly, addressed so much of what my psyche has been attempting to discern with the recent world events, including what lies approaching on the horizon. I always have a choice to claim my vibration, regardless of the circumstances unfolding around us. "Behold, I make all things new!" May we rise above, trust our hearts, and unite with ease and gratitude. Thank you.

Lucid dreaming, astral travel and out-of-body experiences are helpful in confirming the continuity of consciousness even when we leave the body for good. For those who haven’t had a near-death-experience these skills/practices can be developed and allow for direct experience of the immortality of our consciousness and also the incredible, rich possibilities for us to experience beyond/after this lifetime. Of course, as beings who love, we will mourn the loss of form and the end of this particular story line if a loved one passes, or when we imagine our own transition. But knowing that all of us continue forever helps dissolve the fear of death that motivates us to choose distorted patterns, rather than aligning with our highest self….a.k.a. operating from the upper room. Again, I do not want to imply that someone is not enlightened if they mourn the loss of form! And the physical body has a strong strong urge to remain alive which can mechanically effect our nervous system etc. Knowing I am immortal doesn’t stop my body from having fear and self-preservation responses, nor does it mean I won’t be sad if someone transitions from this reality. However, seeing people who have passed (via meditation, mediumship, dream work, etc.) and seeing their JOY and expansion and rich experience of life in a new dimension, greatly balances the sorrow over time. The more we can compassionately support ourselves and others to overcome that fear of death, the more quickly our collective “home base” will be The Upper Room! Humans are incredible and amazing and we WILL all get there eventually 💕❤️. This dissolving the fear of death is another way of recognizing the divine in all, including self. And it takes so much weight of fear off one’s shoulders.

That analogy, about 32 min. Into show, is powerful. We moved to the 10th floor but left all our STUFF in the basement n say to ourselves ... dang "i need my STUFF!" Do ya, really?? Need it ? Metaphorically speaking... time, it's time, it's never to late to process the stuff n set it free. Including myself... at the same time, how can i serve? It's NOT about ME ME ME it's about US US.... the less we identify with STUFF or roles or beliefs or evil vs good etc the more we can be present n understand WHO you truly are. It's not easy friends. Our culture is ass-backwards... but There's ALWAYS the potential to live n walk by faith NOT by sight. I found Paul randomly about a year ago, his words from the guides have comforted me, have validated lot's of understandings I've come to, all by my little self, due to trials n tribulations ... we are truly so connected, we are truly ONE. I know i know it's mind blowing to see the "Devine" in ALL. Ya gotta STOP the thinking n open the HEART. TY guys💚

Thank you, Michael, I love so many of your shows and you are asking great questions. having said that, I feel like Paul Selig is tuning into the collective consciousness, maybe or his guides are. Because a lot of what he says may be true for him, but it's not true for everyone. Our thoughts/ feelings create our reality, and this is his reality because he is intensely focused on his message- or his guides' message. I can hear the tension, worry and nervousness in his voice (maybe the coffee is partly responsible) which is creating his experience, he keeps talking faster and faster which is showing some imbalance. We can choose to not connect to the collective and surround ourselves with positive energy, in this way we have very positive joy filled life.

Excellent podcast, I've truly enjoyed it. Paul Selig is a remarkable human being and brother, and the Guides the Christ consciousness or Ascended Master are our brothers knowing themselves in the higher realms...they are us and we are them. Love Paul Selig Books but I must confess I love book 1...I am the word (I've read it at least a dozen times which leave no time to read the rest in the first trilogy)... I love book 2 trilogy 2...Book of Truth and currently reading trilogy 3 book 1...Beyond the known: realization The first 5 books are for transforming our vibrations to higher frequencies...it moves things so beware of trials to test our love and faith in the Christ consciousness, it will transform you...for example all my illness were similar when I started reading this teachings, just like as Paul when through pain in his back and lost his Dog his long time friend...once you start this journey know that the higher self is in control, and that the Ego does not become an enlightened Ego but let the higher frequency of the Christ consciousness be channeled through...you will be a better human being after all is said and done of the end of this journey...your personally won't necessarily change, simple because there's nothing wrong with your personality...the Guides or the Christ consciousness has one too when communicating with us...our personality will only be transformed in alignment to the divine...that's it...but the Guides enjoy your peculiarities, the beautiful jewel that you are...keep it up. Buddhism calls this the time of Mappo (what’s good is bad; and what’s bad is good). Man has tried throughout time to control outcomes (individually and up to the formation of many different types of governments). We see the development of “social justice” as if justice hasn’t always been in place. Most function without a spiritual understanding that we’ve lived before and we will live again. All those causes in each incarnation has different manifestation times. The New Testament gives people the best guidance of how to live in this time period - parallels the teachings of Nichiren Daishonin who expounded Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. Is everything cause and effect? Well this teaching of Buddhism makes a lot of sense!!
