In this video of SLRP, I'm introducing a character by the name of "Wayne Kennedy" He's a leader of the gang, NOVA CROOKS. These specific gang members are obsessed with money or any kind of valuables. They defy the law and don't hesitate to make things worse. They specialize in Stripping Cars, and Breaking & Enterings. In this situation Wayne was casing houses in Vinewood Hills until a resident in the nearby area had seen him and reported him to LEO. Eventually they came out to check on everything and from there Wayne began to make things worse...
