Hey y'all! Sorry I couldn't get my life together last weekend to get the vlog edited, so I just decided to do both weeks this week. This week, I celebrated my eighth year of life after my stroke and I also saw a couple of interesting animals on my way to work in one week.

That cup! So SHINY! 🤩 Even Atlas had to get shiny too! 🤣 And I think going back to CT5K is a great idea- gives you a chance to go back to the basics and focus on the little things again!

Thank you! Atlas has been wearing so much glitter the last couple of weeks. It makes me giggle. Lol I have to do something to make myself want to get back running. I’m serious, all that time I spent training for the marathon completely burnt me out & most days I just want to be lazy now.

Omg the weather! It can’t decide what it wants to be 😂 and also, walking under 16 minutes per mile is hard! So congrats on that 🎉 so does Atlas know his meal times? Like Sadie will definitely let me know it’s time to feed her lol

I know! Over the weekend, close to 80. Today when I wake up, there's frost on the Jeep. I'm ready for Summer, like, now. lol I think Atlas kinda knows when it is his meal times, but he never really will let on that he does. Like, he will lie on the bed until I tell him it's time for breakfast or supper. Then though, its game on and he's up. I think it is mainly because I normally take him out though right before I feed him and he cares more about that than the food. lol Sometimes it is like pulling teeth to get him to eat. He's definitely spoiled and slightly diva-esque and I'll have to hand feed him sometimes.
