Can we just acknowledge the amazing work by Pollyanna McIntosh here? The acting in her final scene was absolutely incredible.

When she said “I wish I had died an artist” boy, that really got me. And when Rick looks away when he shoots her, as if he’s not getting any satisfaction from killing her at this point.

what gives me chills, is when rick meet michonne.. she never talked, she was closed off. rick saved her. an now the roles reversed michonne saved rick 😭 just them together feels right

It's good to see old Rick back, been years since we saw Rick shoot someone. Feel sad for Gabriel at the end, he knew if Anne didn't show up means she's dead, so he craved a grave for her.

People are confused in thinking that Gabriel cheated on Rosita with Jadis/Anne, but I'm thinking the romance between Gabe and Rosita ended long before his secret rendezvous with Jadis began.

Jadis wanted what Rick and Michonne had. There was a time, initially, that she did want Rick for herself (so Nikki you weren’t completely wrong).

It would have been nice to see a reunion with Gabriel, but keep in mind that Rick and Michonne were in Wyoming while Alexandria is all the way in Virginia. Very unlikely for Gabriel to be wandering around 2000 miles from home 😅

Shout out to Pollyanna McIntosh. Jadis was a character. She had a real arc. She was 3 different ppl over time. Chick went from the Garbage heap to the Warrant Officer .

The universe kept sending them gems, the best one was the Johnnie Walker lol. It seems like Richonne is not scared of Jadis, when she busted in on them, they were talking among themselves. And, also in the woods, they seem to be fearless together. They were annoyed by the people in the woods, but not scared.

It's good to see Gabriel again. Can't wait for the finale.

I think Gabriel made sure anyone left in Alexandria was taken to the common wealth cause even though he cared for jadis he knew she was up to something

World Beyond Spoiler: The friend Jadis killed was in World Beyond.

Furthermore, she died as Anne and not Jadis. Say what you want to say about her character, at the end she knew what Rick and Michonne were going to do and she redeemed herself

Jadis lasted through 3 series, The Walking Dead, World Beyond and The One Who Live.. She had a nice goodbye for her villain arc and I love a good villain. Side note:When Jadis caught them in the hotel room and they jumped out of the bed. While Jadis and Michonne were talking, Rick was in the background shot "checking out Michonne ASS" in those boxer shorts.. Rick thinking, "we might die here so let me get one last peek." lol

I have to say I was shocked at this episode, but also Pollyanna McIntosh playing Jadis/Anne did an outstanding performance. So now, you have Mr. and Mrs. Grimes headed back to the CRM. the only thing that I could think of is just trying to CRN and killing General Beale and possibly Thorne. We have to remember how much she hates Michonne. so I think it’s going to become a battle between the four of them

I figure that the opening scene with Gabriel is actually happening after Jadis dies and Rick/Michonne decide to go back. I'm hoping he got picked up by the CRM so that Rick and Michonne have extra backup while executing their plan.

The smirk on michonne face when those people tried to rob them was hilarious

so i think the years flashbacks are from 5 years after the bridge to 7 years after the bridge and jadis got killed on the 8th year as Rj is almost 8 and Gabriel last saw jadis on the year michonne and nat got gassed by crm as michonne said to rick that she missed a year with her kids in the now

0:37 I don’t know if you guys were made aware but Rick has been with the CRM for over twice as long as he was ever with his original group. It makes sense that he was being so stubborn and was genuinely that afraid of losing her again. Definitely an amazing episode though.

You may not have noticed this, but. After Anne doesn't show up to their yearly meeting, a heartbroken Gabriel realizes that she's dead and creates a makeshift grave marker for Anne. These were the stones at the end of the series

I like that despite wanting to do it for years. Rick and even Michonne don’t look remotely satisfied killing Anne. Side note but she was a great artist in that she was able to capture Glenn, Hershel and Beth’s likeness without even having met then

I loved their nonchalant attitudes toward the ppl even though they had guns on them I mean Rick and michone they gave them a matter of fact response to change their minds

Jadis is what Rick might have become had he 100% given up. she lost the trash people and it broke her, she became Jadis and threw all she had into the CRM cos thats all she had. She wasn't in "love" with rick, but having him at the CRM and her visits with Gabe still connected her to the "goodness" she ones had and maybe even a vain hope of going to Alexandria one day....

Honestly, this'll probably go down as the best Walking Dead series once it's all said nd done.

I’m genuinely really bummed we lost Jadis, hoped we could get more from her because Pollyanna was doing a PHENOMENAL JOB! And I felt there was more they could’ve done, but I’m glad they gave her some redemption at the end. Idk how in the world this would be able to conclude in 1 more episode without feeling cheap & rushed. So either hoping for a S2 or another series maybe 🤔

I never thought I’d actually feel sad when Jadis died. That was good acting, she made me feel for her character. I finally started to understand her.

I love you guys! Love your reaction videos! Rick has CPTSD complex trauma. It is heartbreaking! Michonne helped him to let things out, but he still is traumatized. That will never go away. He needed her support and love. He was alone for many years. he had trauma and no support, no affection at all. My heart breaks for him! He cut his own hand to try to escape. Michonne and Rick are twin flames! Such an amazing, rare, and beautiful love!❤️

Anne was definitely conflicted with her identity. She was Anne in her most vulnerable moments but she was Jadis in her brutal moments. But in the end, she died as Anne. Glad they didn't decide to have her kill Gabe. He's too huge of a character to die in a flashback.

I feel like all these branching spin off seasons have been building to the TWD finale as a whole, like after the finale, we’re going to get one last OG walking dead season with everyone in it to wrap everything up.

3 Years Ago - around the time of the pikes or between that & when kingdom fell 2 Years Ago - After Whisperers attacked Alexandria & busted down the walls, Aaron/Gabe solo mission era, pre-commonwealth 1 Year Ago - Between 1109-1110 when Gabe & Rosita Broke up OR shortly after losing her

I was so happy that they did the timeline because it showed you where they were at. So 3 years prior he mentions Rosita so this was before Commonwealth. 2 years before when he talks about them running out of food because people that breach their wall was during Commonwealth and then a year prior would have been just the aftermath of Commonwealth

Wow... again... what another fantastic episode 👏 ! Unexpected story development, it wasn't how I was thinking thing's would play out, the inclusion of Father Gabriel was a smart and touching bit, the beginning with Rick and Michonne reconnecting was so good to see and very much needed, Jadis being Jadis, the twisty turn of the story, a car chase, the pointless dispute (in my opinion !) between Richonne and Jadis... Anne's resentments, regrets and not being her true good self... her ultimate sad end... all of it was soooo Good ! I love this series... TOWL has been so great ! I'd like to add a thank you to Pollyanna McIntosh, she truly gave us all such a wonderful character in Anne/Jadis... thanks for breathing life into her character ! I'm truly actually really sad at how it ended for Jadis. Tonight's episode of The Walking Dead TOWL was awesome, it's a great story, an unexpected cameo appearance of Father G, interesting and touching moments, I have been so frustrated with Jadis, kept on thinking why... why can't she find a way to work with Rick and Michonne, I kinda always believed that she's good deep down, she did save Rick... she was once a leader, the Queen of the Scavengers, a sensitive, brilliant and resourceful artist... a Survivor, a dangerous and quite capable, strong and brave woman... such a sad end to her story. Will look forward now to seeing what comes next... there's gotta be a second season... right !? Thanks Nikki and Steven for the fun reaction videos and for sharing with us all ! Of course there's going to be another season ❤️💯 You have to remember Rick was already gone for about 4 years ( he wasn't around for Jesus s death, the Whisperers and so on). Those 4 yearly meetings ( 3 with Jadis a one w/o Jadis happened after Rick was gone) Which was a total of 8 years. Oh you know we are going to get a cliffhanger 💯. I love this show so much❤️💯

I loved this Episode. It was Amazing to see your reaction to Father Gabriel. I have always been a fan of Jadis in TWD, World Beyond and this spin-off. I do believe it was time to say Goodbye. Guys, Gabe and Rick are an entire country apart. In episode 3 the mission killing walkers was in the Cascade Mountains near Portland. It was a long helicopter ride for sure. The jumped out on the way back and are now in Wyoming. They left a trail down Interstate 90.

Just FYI, Thorn is not into Rick either. Theyve said in interviews that both Jadis and Thorn do not have a love interest in Rick.

Great episode, but makes me concerned for the final episode. Looked they were on their way to wrapping it up and getting back. Then they opened a whole new plan and I'm worried they can't wrap it up in one episode. But I'm exited to see what happens.

I still love jadis. I always believed in her. She wasn’t bad, she was just too far gone. She’ll always be my cleaver girl tough Raptor she is. Truly she had the spirit of an Velociraptor. Her group, but lost and she is was still going strong. She couldn’t trust anyone ever since she lost her group. Like I don’t blame how she changed. I see on her part, Gabe and Ann had history, if you remember. RIP Jadis. She wasn’t delusional. She wanted to take over and be in control cause she lost so much. RIP my favorite Cleaver Girl.

I think that’s kind of underestimating the CRM. Rick was suppose to get the echelon briefing & the summit with all the leader is in a few days story wise. It doesn’t really make sense for them to continue home and risk that CRM would search Jadis thing when she doesn’t return and find the paperwork on Alexandria. It makes more sense to deal with that threat before they go home and possibly lead these ppl to where their children are. I’m glad they both realized that have a responsibility not just to their family & community but to the world to do something about the CRM committing genocide.

The fact that Michonne left Alexandria at the peak of the fight with whisperers she has no idea about commonwealth so in their current state I don’t believe she believes they could put up a fight & yeah Steven it would be real nice if we didn’t have to put much stake in that threat they have with the file but I think the writing was done in a way to really emphasize that, least that’s how I’ve taken it so far. Agree that we have to get a S2 tho!!!

Something that I realized up until this point, Michonne left well before The Commonwealth storyline S10E13, doesn't even know that Maggie returned (unless mentioned via walkie by Judith) , that Negan killed Alpha, that Alexandria became a Commonwealth Outpost, that Daryl is gone looking for Rick, that Carol is gone, looking for Daryl. But until this episode, I didn't know that Jadis knows much of this, as we see, she'd talked to Gabriel once a year for the past several years. At the minimum, she probably knows _of_ The Commonwealth, and may even know it's turmoil, caused by those inspired by Rick and Michonne together. 3:50-3:58 The principle is (I don't recall the specific quote, but the implication) "You have the information, but you can't comprehend/understand/process it." (I haven't watched "White Men Can't Jump" in at least 20 years.) 5:00-5:04 Where did we leave off with Father Gabriel? Roughly: 1 year after Rosita's death, 1 year after the fall of the Commonwealth, with Lt. Governor Mercer and Governor Ezekiel as the leaders of the Commonwealth. 7:55 Nikki, I was always taught you cross one pair of fingers for good luck, when you cross two pairs, either the second counters out the first, or the second is multiplying by -1 (i.e. positive becomes negative, good luck becomes bad luck) IDK if it's a regional thing, a common thing, or just the little area I was raised in. 18:28 Nikki "PIT Maneuver!" That crossed my mind too. Rick was a career deputy, he should have been able to guide Michonne through the approach and how/when to make contact. It would have made for a much more controlled situation. I've never performed it, never been trained in it, but I understand it [Son of a career law enforcement officer. I've been in what I describe as "he PIT Maneuvered himself" situation, I had the "privilege" of being a passenger when a drunk driver PIT'ed himself on the car my (now ex) wife was driving. We ended up stopped, off the road, but safe (and could drive the remaining 90 miles home) he ended up upside down, in the gulley beside the road. A properly, or mostly properly executed PIT would require very limited recovery by the person performing it, if they were trained to do it. [I still remember as I approached to ask the people in the car that was upside down "Are you hurt?" hearing the passenger yell at the driver "I told you, you should have let me drive" They left in an ambulance, we drove home. Totaled out our car from the insurance standpoint, but we were well. [I still have to admit, my ex has good instincts when it comes to high speed collision reactions] 20:46 The only one of the trio who "might have been decent" she was the one who tried to say no when Red decided they needed all of Rick and Michonne's supplies, didn't understand why they'd care about anyone else, and the other guy just followed blindly. Obviously, she had to be the one to get bitten. 29:19-29:22 Notice how Rick looked away to pull the trigger? "You may be bitten, this has to be. Hey guys! Love your channel and love hearing your discussions on TWD. Its question time and I would love to hear your thoughts. Surprisingly, I have been really intrigued with the rick/machonne episodes. So the CRM seems to be the new baddy in TWD universe and I agree there has to be a season 2. My question would be what are your thoughts about a possible reunion with Maggie, Negan, Daryl, Carol for future episodes? The reason I ask is Negan is my favorite character (both before and after his change of heart) and I am desperately missing his smart-ass comebacks. I think it would be interesting "to get the band" back together to fight the CRM issue. BRING BACK NEGAN!!!!

Does anyone else think we see Gabriel in the current timeline in the beginning and those helicopters are going to destroy Alexandria?

I think it's interesting when Rick killed Pete at the beginning of his Alexandria arc he looks him in the face as he shoots. But with Jadis he looks away before shooting. It shows how long of a journey it's been with him at the CRM I think.

I thought the crm put a tracking chip in his prosthetic just in case he tried to leave again

Crazy good episode the 6th one seems its going to be really intense may ended with Rick getting the promoted

There's a lot of help waiting for them at the crm from World Beyond and Fear. I can see a lot of threads coming together real soon.

I've just realised something. In season 7 when we were first introduced to jadis, she threw rick into a walker called "Winslow" to test him. I wonder if she was testing him to see if he was a A or a B so that she could potentially trade him to the CRM. Is that a possibility?
