Problem is it’s easy to punch, u need something that adds more resistance

It’s a speed bag great for practicing precision, dodging and stuff, but punching bags are made for power. If your really trying to get into boxing you probably need some version of both, but a wall pad works pretty well for a punching bag especially if your working on accuracy since it’s a bit clearer where your hitting.
