Oh yes SIR! Welcome to RU-vid!!! Hyped to be here early and get watch your rise, I wager you're top of the game in 6 months! Keep it up man! Spectacular review!!!
I rarely leave comments but I really like your style, variety and your effort in this video. Perfect conclusion. I've started with APS-C system with almost zero AF reliability and after 2 years of shooting I'd change for something more convenient but with a little better quality in low light scenarios. Unfortunately I invested a bit too much in APS-C lenses 😂 Osmo Pocket 3 is, as you mentioned, great camera as a B or C cam or for some extra shots when you don't have time for setting again your gimbal or for some unconventional shots (like for example yours high angle shot from around 5:00). Good luck with the channel!
Appreciate you so much for taking the time to watch and comment! And it’s an honor to hear you agree 🫡 And yeah low light can def be a struggle lol but we always find a way to make it work don’t we? Haha wishing you the best man !!
Bro! Fire lightning in the beginning of the video, that made me click. it accidently auto-played your video, but if i saw ur thumbnail i would not have clicked. so really recommend getting inspired my these big tech reviewers and try make ur thumbnail look awesome. also typing this with one hand cuz i dislocated my left schoulder. i just felt like sharing my thought.
After seeing your content, delivery and production quality I hit the subscribe button and was shocked. Thought you would have had 10's (100's) of thousands of subscribers. Well done and I hope to see your numbers grow quickly!
Hi ! I'm first time in here ( interested in Osmo Pocket ) but few times I loughed oud loud 🤣🤣🤣 I adore your creativity, freshness and funny way of explaining things, so I'm adding one to your 410 subscribers list 👍👍👍 hope you will reach 1000 quick, than 10, 100, and.. who knows maybe you beat mr Beast ☺ all the best!
Appreciate you for taking the time check it out and let me know what you think! The F-stop is 2.0 - and Unfortunately you can’t change that. It’s an awesome product but it isn’t perfect.. I promise I’m not just trying to promote my video when I say this , but I also dropped a video yesterday focused on some of the pocket 3s limitations that weren’t elaborated here! Hope that could help you out as well 🙏🏾
@@RJCLAYBTS Thanks I looked it up after I commented and noticed the OSMO 2 does 1.8 maybe you can do a comparison between the two next time. love your videos
what do u think though about using it as main camera for YT? the problem i have is that without wide angle lenses and full frame it is hard to get a talking head video from arms reach....
Most definitely will be a great RU-vid cam, ESPECIALLY for talking head! You could hold it down with that for awhile ! Just make sure you have good lighting so you can get the best results 🔥
I own the DJI Pocket 2, and a few months ago, I purchased the Pocket 3. Unfortunately, I am now disappointed because the screen is malfunctioning despite my careful handling. Since I am on the other side of the world, sending it back for repair is extremely expensive. Am hoping DJI to solve this issue for me.
What would you recommend for a beginner videographer who wants to record interviews, product displays, and short documentaries to post on social media under a 1000 budget? I have been watching hours of recommendations, but I couldn't find a useful, budget-friendly recommendation. They usually recommend a 2000-dollar camera (only body). Thank you for your video, super useful!!
Thanks for checking it out! Honestly for someone in your position I’d recommend firstly getting your cam refurbished, I’ve found some great deals on Facebook marketplace & Offer Up (be smart though don’t get scammed) as well as creditable online stores. and as someone who’s used Sony & canon I’d say something along the lines of Sony zv-e10 or a cam in the Sony a6000’s. They’re gonna have there limitations of course, but we all gotta start somewhere! Getting the best deal on a starter camera can allow you to spread your money out to get accessories & lenses as well.
@@RJCLAYBTS Thank you so much for some light in this tunnel. Much appreciated. I'll certainly do it. Keep it up your good work, so much more helpful than many videos out here.
You can want this and want that but will cost you . For the money you pay and what u get there is nothing looming or in existence that wil beat pocket 3
Hey I need help!! I wanted to buy this camera at first since I’ll be traveling all over Asia for the next 8 months but that includes rain, beaches, and harsh weather. I also thought about photography. Should I just get a different camera ?? I don’t want it to just randomly break on me
Yeah this definitely is not the camera for you! I’d invest in more of an action cam. Something like a go pro, DJI Osmo action, or even a weatherproof 360 degree cam like the insta 360 x4. The Osmo pocket is really cool but it’s fragile and not weatherproof at all
Or if you REALLY wanna be budget friendly , and since most of these weatherproof cameras are video focused and you want pictures as well, you could always just buy some extra cloud memory and get some weatherproof/travel gear for your phone and use that
@@RJCLAYBTS hey thanks! I actually made a decision and though it’s a price jump it’s definitely worth it. I got myself an a6700 and was able to get it new $175 off from student discounts and credit card offers. Thank you for your input!
Question: I have the pocket 3 but my content is mainly review products and the gimbal sometimes fight me when I need certain angles or for it to not move at all. Any suggestions for my setting that I might need to change?
What do you mean when you say it “fights you?” Do you calibrate it ? If not a good calibration in the settings is nice every now and then. Also it helps me to lower my gimbal speed when I’m trying to get slow angles of a subject. You can also double tap the screen on whatever subject you’re trying to follow to use the active track feature. It helps on still objects just as much as following faces
Youre gonna love it! Haha I feel like that’s all of us when were waiting on it to come in! Its pushed me to shoot way more than I was when I was only using my professional cameras! I promise I’m not just trying to promote my vid when I say this but I JUST dropped another video on an accessory I’ve found super useful, a magnetic mount. whether it’s my video or anyone else’s look into it it’s been super useful for me so far!
Great video, very useful as I am doing my research with a view to purchasing an Osmo Pocket 3. You have such a calming, easy to watch on-screen presence. Here's to your ongoing success!
Thanks a bunch for the support! Personally I mainly use Final Cut Pro but I do use Adobe for office projects! Exciting to hear you starting up your own channel 🔥 kill it !
