Why do you never go back and get Cultural Exchange II to 9 or 10? When you take it to L7 you can/should take it to L9. Just an oversight? Or deliberate?
Just like to ask how long it took first time to get the city skin? I mean you made it in first Kvk or need more Kvk to get the 690k season coins? Thank you
Well mostly it depends on your spending level and how much you invest into the crystal technology, I'm a low spender so I bought in a matter of 2 kvks + I had enough to buy other stuff like ghs and mat chests :)
