This is a perfect breakdown for people who get overwhelmed with just the thought of starting a biz, so thank you for sharing this unique perspective 😊🙏🇿🇦
Starting an online business can feel overwhelming, but this one-on-one strategy really simplified the process. By focusing on just one person and solving their specific problem, you gradually pave the way for success.
Finding one and then word of mouth is everything. Building the report with that one person can help your report with people you never knew. Just like your very first super fan on the test website.
We have found this works- we are “testing” on people we know or teach and it does work. Making some of the videos now and have them to ask us a question about pickleball on RU-vid and we will make a video to solve their problem! I’ll report back!
Very well explained. Thank you, Pat. Suppose you help a person to solve their problem with information. You didn't create this information yourself, you just found it. So you have no in-depth knowledge of this information because you are not the professional who created it. So you would not be a producer, but a mediator by bringing a person together with a product that solves their problem. Would something like that work? Or do customers always expect a provider to have in-depth knowledge?
I'm actually planning on using the 1-1-1 strategy in my social media agency solving personal problems one company at a time. Nice to know I'm doing it right, but I came here for a reason. I have a vlog about my start up and I was wondering if I could record snippets of Superfans and your other books with the sound on while I listen to development?
"I've thoroughly watched your entire video collection, and I must say, your content is impressive. Nevertheless, I've noticed that your video editing might not be fully optimized to enhance your content's appeal. I specialize in crafting visually captivating and engaging videos that have the potential to significantly expand your audience reach."
Can I be the one person? I had a problem. I built an iOS app to solve it. Now I’m trying to market my app and damn it’s hard to find people to try my app.
Seems like Find the Problem should come first. 1) Older runners get sore backs. 2) Find an older runner with a sore back. 3) Fix their problem. Seems like finding a person first sounds like stalking or fanaticism and is a little creepy.
- 1 Person: Pat 🧔🏻 - 1 Problem: Stepping in goat poop while walking through the forest 🐐💩 - 1 Solution: Eco-friendly disposable covers for trekking shoes 🏃🏻👟🔂
Hi if you wouldn’t mind I have a question/ request. I am starting a podcast RU-vid channel soon. I was looking for advice. I will need some intro out to music something nice mellow year now opera or Chopin. I need how to mask a person’s voice as I will be posting videos/audio files of my interviewee. I want to make the Interviwee’s voice is kept private as we are speaking about important yet speaking open about private work life issues. Not cartoonie or a peculiar sound something more natural sounding test not like the person who spoke. Thank you if you have time Jason
