She took her case all the way to the Supreme Court. Her expertise is financial as well as political. She lives in Tennessee, which may be a state which there may also be hope for doing what you are proposing. She has said that the local sheriff is the the most important person you can vote for.

Since then, instead of 50 individual states effecting their own views regarding constitutionality, we have one Supreme Court establishing a uniform rule for the entire nation. It also states in the 10th amendment that states may not block federal authorities who attempt to enforce a federal law unless a COURT has held that the law is unconstitutional. And it is obvious that the COURTS are not siding with the people. Therein lies the rub.

To anyone interested in not wearing a mask again and helping humanity to move forward. I have not worn a mask outside throughout this whole ordeal and since I heard that UV or the sun kills it along with a lot of other microscopic things, of which I knew 3 or so weeks into this shit show. And when I did briefly wear a mask it was not correct or very improperly worn. I have not worn a mask inside or outside since the beginning of September, period. Having said that, and to build on what was said in this Video. Stating medically exempt works without proof from a Dr depending on the situation, and how you are approached and how you handle yourself. My experiences have varied, but consistency has been on my side, as I travel around the state in different directions via Train, Bus, Subway, and sometimes Lyft every few weeks. On Buses and Trains I have only had a few push back in the beginning, but not as much as time goes on. And the push back can’t really be enforced unless you are threatening or causing a scene, which I did cause a scene recently do to another passenger, with whom I comely put in his place and we moved on. Subways not at all because I really don’t use that much plus no real interaction with conductors or other employees. Lyft drivers I will always send a pre typed disclaimer message stating that I am medically exempt and if this is an issue for our trip, then please cancel this trip now and I will find a driver that will. Not much push back on this either, just a few cancels with an accepting driver right behind that one, so plan on hailing earlier than normal just in case. When it comes to stores, I have completely switched most of my shopping to online drop ships on most items across the board. But on fresh or frozen foods I make trips once a week to the local supermarket, and go during non rush hour times and use self checkouts. Most of which no one bothers me and I have politely told a few employees that asked and they were accepting as well when comely stating that I appreciate their concerns but I am Medical exempt. My employer understands my stance, and my interactions with customers at work are very limited already. But if I do need to interact with a customer, I explain to them if asked, that I can not wear a mask due to medical issues, but I always make them still feel comfortable by counter offering to keep my distance if interactions are needed. Most don't even ask and are comfortable as long as they are wearing a mask and have not had much push back. I am very afraid that not only are people being misguided through all this, but also becoming too comfortable with doing so and living like this, that this may become permanent. If more people are seen without masks I believe those people still wearing masks will slowly start asking questions to themselves about what they are really doing to themselves. What I really think is wrong with most people that are stuck in this Shit Show, is that they have just accepted this without really asking any questions about why. Do to such misguided, misleading nonsense information that is keeping people from making their own decisions. I hope this helps someone! Also to add as an FYI, Shame does not work on me. I was an Alcoholic for 20+ years, so it is fun to see people try and shame, even with just looks. But it's even more fun to stare back and not break eye contact until I see the shame on their faces when I look at them in disgust and shake my head slowly. Fucking priceless!

Here is the problem. Arizona has basically just proven the problem. If the state claims the emergency is over, emergency funding from the federal government will cease. The federal government has decided they can print money, the states cannot. If the state does not do anything the federal government wants, no free money. Obviously, most states being the example, they are quite unwilling to do anything that might jeopardize the flow of free funds.
