been getting quiet a bit of beams plus pieces lately and love the quality of them.

I'd like to add that it's one of the only stores in Japan where I can reliably find clothes that fit me as an XL with wide shoulders and a little barrel chested. It's why I have a lot of their and Stussy's stuff. Are their any smaller stores that could have what I need?

Its quite popular in Japan, got the Arcteryx x Beams beta jacket and wore it during my Hakuba-Tokyo trip, got compliments from locals

Beams Plus used have lot of its garments made in Japan. Now it’s common to see them be made in China. China has solid manufacturing capabilities now, but idk if it compares to Japan’s high standards

Checked out Beam’s Shibuya location. Didn’t end up copping anything cuz I was getting a lot of J. Crew vibes, which isn’t exactly my thing. As a jazz head however I DO wish I copped one the Blue Note Tōkyō pieces which were produced by Beams.

What place would you recommend to shop in Tokyo for your mom, aunt, or grandmother?

"The ONLY Japanese Americana Brand You'll Ever Need"? Nah dont think so , agree the brand may have "something" for everyone maybe but its defo no the only brand you'll ever need. Would mix it up with things from WTAPS, Visvim, Juna Watanbe , Real McCoy and not to mention the brands like Sugar Cane etc for denim.
