I really loved this video. I have been mildly depressed lately which isn’t normal for me. I’m in-between jobs and have been waiting to start for over a month (prolonged background check). I’m also a single mom, so I don’t get to go out much (I’m broke so we stay home!) and I miss exercising at the gym early morning. I know I can do home exercise but I’ve been extremely resistant to.. I guess because I don’t want to face my circumstances.

First of all, my heart goes to you love. Just reading your comment I can tell you are a strong personality and have no doubt you are going to get out of this vibration ⭐seems like you hit the nail, but it is always a matter of perspective. You could have the best job and millions in the bank account and still work out at home and be happy about the fact you don't have to drive anywhere, you get to take. shower in your nice home, and all that.. working out at home does not equal your situation unless you connect it. I think exercising at home if you try it for at least a week could give you that extra spark you have been missing because you get to spend time with yourself and love yourself! Blessings beautiful 💛

in that case I would suggest you work out first to boost your adrenalin so you break the sleeping pattern, seems like you are still dozing off as you meditate in the morning

Depression does not have a face, but I try my best to stay grounded and happy and luckily now a year later I am in a much much better place thanks to all the inner work I did on myself last year 🪄
