The role reversal reminds me of a book by Byron Katie called “Loving What Is”. I highly recommend this book to anyone in the “Why me? Why doesn’t he love me? He/she is a narc who doesn’t deserve me” stage. It truly helps with shadow work. Very interesting.Roles reversed, I would think they're crazy. I laughed so hard. Now I'm ashamed of what I did. But then again, my counterpart is the one who drove me crazy. Lol But I also hope they could see things frm my perspective. After all the love bombing, to then devaluation, to then discarding. Anyone would go crazy. I thought they were just a narcissist, until I found myself with kundalini awakening physical symptoms. Still they could be just a catalyst, but I wanna do the healing work anyways. I was never in a relationship with my twin. He activated me online but now 5 months later my kundalini is weak and i dropped out of 4d. Idk what to do. I feel so lost. I didnt know i could slip out of 4d. The activation was so intense. I did have to lower it but i was so afraid the other night, then boom, i slipped out and back into 3d. Now i havent slept in 3 days my crown and third eye are tingling.
