lol i would go with "AMAZING", personally!! They aren't really all that "ancient" - heck i'm far older than they are and i'm not in any way shape or form ancient, lol. The Voyagers are the result of incredibly clever scientists and engineers making a series of wise choices, using the knowledge, technology and funding available to them. Their far-sightedness has resulted in an AWESOME treasure-trove of data about the far reaches of our little corner of the universe that we wouldn't otherwise have gleaned. Nothing "sad" about that at all.
I didn't even know what these Astrum Extra's were, given how great the regular shows are. They are like a show for one half with meditation/sleep section for second half. Nice.
Thank you for letting the background music play afterwards, it is so calm way to finish the video. I was wondering in thoughts after the narration. I loved it
While I love the Webb space telescope, I will always be a Voyager guy. I remember watching the Voyager launches with my dad and his excitement whenever new Voyager updates hit the news.
The engineering of these two probe’s are a remarkable technological achievement and should make everyone wonder why our current technology never lasts as long. $$$$$$$$
How can any mass like the oort cloud exist bound to us in interstellar space and how does this effect light coming to us from outside. Hi, i have the answer to the observer effect on the double slit expt, galaxy red shift and the nature of photons. Looks get back to me or steer me to where i can unload these thoughts. I'm a long time subscriber to astrum and know you have made a big impact on people's live for space and science
Write a paper and submit it to every university you can. Copyright your paper before you send it through. Even if you don’t have the math, your words should be enough if it’s truly a breakthrough-like Faraday and Maxwell with electromagnetism
Where went we off course is that we never sent any more. Given the cost of NASA launches I understand why. However, now that we have SpaceX we can start building newer faster probes and start sending them out in every direction. We can spend the billion or four dollars on the probes and then give Elon 50 million to launch them.
Because there are visual versions that are shorter and that end immediately, then there are these sleep space versions which are for people who like to listen while falling asleep. The narration ends and the music continues so that it carries on lulling you into a peaceful sleep. 👍
They should’ve put frozen female egg and male sperm on voyager. Just imagine in the far far far future some alien species comes across this and “grow” a human
Those contractors are able to do what neither NASA nor the government funded Boeing can’t do. Where’s the Orion spacecraft? Back when NASA did this, it was because they were competing with the USSR, and NASA was more than competent… nowadays it seems like they’re more interested in showing they’re in lock step with politics than actually accomplishing set goals.
I like what ive heard but there is 13min of podcast in nearly 32min video, i feel like there is no need for 18min of pictures if it is a podcast besides literally scamming the audience for 32min journey like noo bruh you get only 13min have some pictures
It's really amazing how many AI generated garbage videos about the Voyagers picking up all kinds of mysterious alien communications in interstellar space ,and making doom and gloom claims about them coming to attack us.They are really pathetic videos, thanks for keeping it real, even if you made me feel ancient talking about craft that were launched when I was 17 years old,it really doesn't seem that long ago to me.
