That reality check or rather tough love advice at the end is important for any new trader to learn because I too was foolish enough in thinking that I could just copy whatever technique I see on RU-vid and live trade it for profits. After learning the hard way, through some losses, I’ve now realised that what I need to do was just that. Backtest, have a proper RRR, and manage the amount of money I put into each trade so that the risk is consistent (within a small manageable range) and not random number every time 👍

100% real talk right there. Everything he said in this video especially towards the end is the MOST ACCURATE thing I have ever heard in any youtube video about trading.

if your struggling with trading and strategies, just watch this video to put things in perspective. just because you wanna "day trade", doesn't mean the higher time frames are worthless. i am literally looking at my charts so differently now, that i could see why i lost my trades. fighting a daily or even 4 hour chart trend and not even realizing that i was wondering why my 1 min and 5 min reversals werent working. Instead of waiting for the pullback (reversal) on the 1 hr and 4 hr charts (with the Day Chart as the trend), why not get even more granular by monitoring for the pullbacks on the 1 min and 5 min charts as entries for your bullish reversals? In doing so, you can set your stop losses tighter too to further manage your risk/ reward. Btw, IMO you definitely have the most detailed technical analysis instructions for entries I've seen on YT....Great stuff!)
I'm pretty sure he stays on these time frames because 1: higher time frames are more predictable and consistent. 2: his account capital is large enough to play more of a patient role for moves. 3: higher time frame gives much more time for analysis and strategy preparing. 4: lower time frames are not as consistent as higher ones
