My mother back then would have never let me play a game like doom so I always had to go to a friends house to play it and we thought the game is so brutal and scary. From todays pov these old graphics look like a joke. If you had shown me this video in the 90s I would have peed myself and my mother would have fainted and believed that the future is dominated by heretics, sinners and devil worshippers.

The Marauder Glory kill is especially satisfying when he kills you over and over again. God, when I killed those two Marauders on the Mars Core Master Level, after dying time and time again, that was seriously one of the most satisfying things in this life.

The archville, caco and marauder have the most satisfying glory kills in my opinion. The archvillle because I finally killed that annoying bastard, the caco for that amazing pop sound when you rip out its eye, and the marauder because it’s one of the few times I can kill it( I play on console on nightmare)
