Great show- I met my mentor on my senior trip to Israel with a Catholic Church trip- I was reading think and get rich when an older gentleman approached me and started commenting on the book-he asked me what I was interested in doing with the rest of my life - I told him that I wanted to do real estate- he was a mentor to wealthy clients and took me under his wings- by 26 I had 3.5 million in real estate-

Really good stuff! Finding a great mentor who isn't sending you invoices from minute 1 is super challenging! You were very fortunate to build that relationship with Bruce.
Absolutely - he's the man! And that's for sure on the mentorship side. A lot of what I find is that people try to turn someone into a mentor without getting to know them first. Without the relationship, there's no reason for someone to mentor you. Build the relationship first, then let it become a mentorship, otherwise it's just a transaction and they have to charge you to make it worth their time.

No one was creating this content when I was first getting started and it was frustrating, so I always said I’d put the information out there whenever I was able to. We’ve got over 350 videos now, so feel free to take a deep dive!
I think the right way to frame it is that it's a profession where people earn what they're worth. I'll take this over being stuck getting paid hourly or salary building something for someone else any day.
