In this video, I show you how easy it is to make some delicious egg bites in your Instant Pot. The best thing about these is that they are a perfect Keto snack!
I take a cup cup glass measuring cup and put 6 eggs in it. Then I use 1 cup of egg white substitute to fill up the rest. Then, add whatever seasonings you like. I used salt, pepper, garlic and chopped, dried onion. Then, give everything a good stir!
For the next step, I use some Egg Bite Molds that we purchased off of Amazon, and filled each cup about 2/3 of the way. This should use just about all of the mix.

Set the molds onto the trivet that they come with into the Instant Pot, add about a cup of water and then put the lid on. Make sure the vent is set to the sealing position and press the Egg button. If your Instant Pot doesn't have the Egg button, then set it to high pressure for 4 minutes. Once that is done, let it naturally release for 5 minutes and then do a quick release. At that point, your egg bites are all done!
