In Exodus 16:2-3, the Israelites grumbled against Moses and Aaron, longing for the comforts of Egypt despite their hardships there. This marked the beginning of a new season where God shifted them from dependence on Egypt to trusting Him for provision. This passage teaches us that, in times of transition, it’s easy to focus on what’s familiar, but God calls us to embrace the unknown, trusting that He will meet our needs in new and miraculous ways. Trust the process-God’s provision is always on time, even in the wilderness.
