I love the little touch the animators threw in at 4:47 where the drum is using brushes to be a bit stealthier. But they missed an opportunity for a percussing/percussion joke with Dr. Oboe!! C'mon, guys!
Thanks for the info! This ran with a wacky kid's show in the early 90's....1 cartoon per 1/2 hr episode...some oddball UPA 50's toons, also a lot of Magoo's aired as well.
Thanx so much for the upload! I've been looking everywhere for this! I remember watching this on a Nickelodeon show called Weinerville, but couldn't think of the name of the cartoon! It was driving me crazy! The only clue I had was the cartoon consisting of musical instruments as characters; one of which is the father tuba named Oompapa! Again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
