Demos doesn’t really, it shows a demo of the blu team kill a red scout then goes to clip of a blu demo capping the intelligence but I do see what you mean and it is nice
I love how you can see the medic at 1:51 in the corner and he even slightly moves to stare at scout for a split second. Like, he just stands...there...so menacingly.
@@burning_bright_ that's why TF2 work. The character designs are unique yet basic enough to be memorable (unlike say Overwatch where the characters feel a bit too overdesigned at times) but their game's strong suit is their witty and over the top personality
Actually that was the early version of the game and the current version of the game has all of the items recreated and some cut on the game the trailer came out at 2006
It's the easiest class to be used as "meat shield" for demonstration because of his lack of "specialization" compared to other classes (at least prior to updates)
Fun fact, the shotgun used by The Engineer has the shell ejection port wrong. You would want it opening and ejecting the shells away from you, because the shells are going to be very hot, and you would not want that to touch you.
Pyro’s biggest role in the video is to get hit in the back of the head by Scout and die so that Scout does something other that just dodge before he dies
TF2 runs on the same engine as HL2, and it uses some sound effects too. Typically, deleting a texture will replace it with generic black and white OR make it a HL2 texture. Sounds also do this, just deleting the sound or adding one from HL2.

The average 2fort game Bunch of soldier mains That one engineer who just cuts everyone down with his mini The heavy that won't seemingly die except to a sniper Only for said sniper to tunnel vision like crazy The one scout everyone ignores who always tries to play objective like crazy The mini crit melees The demo man just demolishing people And the circus that is Rocket jumping Only for it to end with one guy botching it and dying to fall damage
I'd like to provide some lore for you, brave traveler. During this time, back in the during the demo of Team Fortress 2, the game had no voice actors. The only VA the game had was Valve employee Robin Walker. He had recorded one set of lines every class used. Him and stock voice clips (such as the Wilhelm Scream) were all the VA-ing TF2 had back then. The Administrator didn't even exist. A small text box would appear announcing voicelessly what events were playing out.
A lot of those weapons like the syringe medic is holding in the outro, and the dynamite and nailgun were cut from the final game, but are still available in Team Fortress 2 Classic.
