In my opinion “The Original Black Elite” is misleading. How did you determine this was the case? It discounts other African American families across the country including the Midwest and West that were accomplished as well.
I purchased your book a few years ago. Much to my surprise, I recently found out that the Wormely family mentioned in your book are distant relatives of mine. I’m looking to purchase your first book.
Book was pretty good.. but i sorta got annoying especially in the middle when Elizabeth Taylor’s Personal opinions and assumptions and outright confusing thoughts about why Daniel Murray may have come across as hypocritical and somewhat racist in his ideals about mixed black and white race genetics being supreme... i cringed at that part as she tried to explain and somewhat belittle Daniel murray with emotional page after page of opinion. Other than that, i enjoyed the research in the book.
