Man I have followed these legends for years and learn something new everyday, Johnny , man would I do anything to meet ya. I cut my finger off dropping a dumbell doing decline, went to hospital , two days later back in the gym , this happened in 1992, turning 50 in August, u guys have helped me through some awful times in my life watching your videos, just want to say thank u!

keep at it i am 68 still hitting it hard you guys have been firing me up to train don't listen to the naysayers i hear it all the time aren't you to old to be training and i always say no thank you guys

I watched this several times. Never heard Branch Warren laugh like that before and it's cool to see them relaxed like that. The mindset that these men had is what I grew up with regarding training seriously because that's what ya do!!!! Thank you for sharing this!!!!
