The cutscene after Soap dies and Price calls MacMillan. That just broke my heart. Made the moment in the end mission where Price says “This is for Soap” even more powerful.
I love how in the very last mission after Price's phone call with Makarov, we see the FULL Task Force 141 logo, no disavowed banner on top of it. Combine that with Price's name showing up below it indicating that we get to play as him? Such a good finale!
The Original Modern Warfare series felt like one of the cheesy early 2010's action movies directed by Michael Bay that had a dumb story, but you loved it regardless because how entertaining they are. The Reboot Modern Warfare series felt like one of those tv show drama series you would see on ABC, The CW, NBC or CBS that tries way too hard to take itself seriously, but the bad writing and acting is so cringey you can't take it seriously and that has a fanbase of cringe 13-year-olds who simp for the characters creating a toxic fanbase.

MW3 2011 may not be everyone's favorite COD but this if definitely a top 5 Best Call of Duty. The campaign was so cool. And Brain Tylers soundtrack was amazing. R.I.P Soap, R.I.P Yuri, and R.I.P Delta squad Metal 01 The multiplayer was way more balanced. A huge variety of weapons and customisation. The killstreaks were awesome. Specialist bonus and killed confirmed started from this game and would become a staple in the franchise. Spec Ops. Survival was such a great idea. Way more missions and the grind for stars felt so satisfying. Not better than zombies but this was a very close second place. Overall Grade: 9/10 Highly Recommend
Modern Warfare 3 I mean Modern Warfare 2.5 was no where near a 9/10 lol it was one of the weakest cod games of the 360 era right up there with Ghosts and AW. Almost everything that was in MW3 the original MW2 did better. MW3 also had dull graphics reused animations reused wepons reused sounds.

Yeah that blew my mind and i believe that cod mw 4 was in works before they might have had a roadblock while creating the story and must have stopped. I was glad they did because doing everything to stop Makarov only to have another villain would have made the sandman’s sacrifice go to waste.

@@ELIZABETHMARLONE2005 because it’s nostalgic Cod4 was my first ever playing cod when I was LITERALLY 5 years old on the PS3saw my dad playing and I wanted to try he said yes I have it on my PC as well but come on who wants to get achievements on Pc there no accomplishment like awards only the consoles gives you that on Xbox and PlayStation and I really don’t care for Xbox if you want to play it on that go for it I never cared about graphics I know it looks terrible than what we have now but it’s really cool to see how much the graphic evolves btw just to clarify I don’t hate Xbox I just don’t care for it that’s why I have a PC to try Xbox exclusive games like Gears of war or Halo
@@urdead7656 it's not just about graphics the games are smoother have a better frame rate look sharper and have a pretty active online community for thr multiplayer. Where as most PS3 games run worse than the Xbox 360 versions because Sony made it too difficult for devs to port to not only that but on the newer Xbox's the games can run at uptown 4K and around 30-60 FPS which on games like Blops 2 is a game changer
@@ELIZABETHMARLONE2005 thats literally describing graphics..and to play smooth you need good internet but in my experience when I had both Xbox360 (2015) and PS3 (2009) the frames look the same as well the graphics I felt more laggy and freeze frame on Xbox than PS3 but it felt no different except the controller feels I disagree with that statement I’m able to get into mw2(2009) lobby ps3 fast and there’s apparently literally 7 lobby in tdm and they don’t feel like bots playing now don’t get me wrong Xbox you can literally mod games faster because Microsoft Xbox is literally a Pc there made by the same company while Sony restricts it cause they don’t make Pc passable and hackable they just make HD quality Tv and blue rays/dvd and now others I just play it for nostalgia I really don’t care about multiplayer cause who really plays it anymore it’s all filled in with hackers I rather play plutonium on Pc than on console but it’s all about the campaign here and side mode like spec ops or zombies, consoles is no different as long we’re having fun

I having never played the original 3 games before decided in 2023 to purchase them and give it a go… it was awesome, these games are great! Same goes for black ops, (at least 1 n 2) and world at war, which I believe to be the best call of duty game ever made (remember I’ve never played them before 2023)
The OG Modern Warfare trilogy = MASTERPIECE. I will not count the new trilogy as being canon. I do not like how BORING this new reboot trilogy is. Soap's death meant something in the original. Soap's death in the reboot looks like a Warzone finisher. Matter of fact, someone needs to edit it where it makes that "BRAAH!" sound effect when someone gets taken out in Warzone. And then Soap drops loot after getting rekt in the head.

MW3 is where the trash parts of COD came from this game could have been a DLC to MW2 2009 all the game really did was add a balancing patch to MW2 have worse graphics hace worse sounds have worse maps have a boring campaign. "Soaps death ment something" um did we play the same MW3 because if we did then I don't see how it ment anything other than shock value he fell out of a building had the cheesy "Makarov Knows Yuri" line with the overly dramatic music instead of having it be more realistic it would have ment something if he didn't survive MW2 2009 and Price had to essentially lone wolf with Yuri throughout the story.
Cod 4, MW2, WAW, BO1, BO2 are literally better cod games in every way shape and form than MW3 aside from Ghosts and AW it's the third worst cod game of the 360 era
I started with the very first COD ever made. Played this series since the start. I LOOOOOOOOVED this campaign. COD 4, MW3 (2011), Black Ops 1 & MW (2019) are my favorites. Yes. I like MW3's campaign over MW2's. Don't kill me.😂

Only other thing it has going for it is being one of the few WWII games where you fight in the pacific theatre, and the now legendary Nazi Zombie mode. I personally felt the story and spectacle of MW2 (2009) was fantastic, but the actual missions themselves lacked variety. Something I felt COD 4 & MW3 were far better at, as well as multiplayer. I also really liked how the Spec Ops missions in 3 actually tied into the story. Was so cool.😁

Evthe thing is though the new MW3 wasn't short at all, it's the same length as the previous MW games. It's just that since it's an open world game rather than being stuck in one area it plays as if it's shorter

I personally like both the OG MW and the rebooted series. They're both unique in there own way with the story, but OG remains to be the superior one 💪🏽
I didn't like OG MW3 campaign at first because it is shown the gameplay mechanic wise, it is watered down MW2. But it is much better than MW3 2023. MW3 reboot is one of top three worst campaign in COD history alongside Ghosts and Black Ops 3.

@@lionelsanches8699 When I bought it I just wanted to try it in my own experience and it was terrible money not well spent well half of it at least me and my bro did half and half but I had fun while it lasted which is 3 days but with mw3 I didn’t really care but we bought it and tried it and it was disgraceful lesson learn about that game but doesn’t mean it doesn’t have up and mostly down I enjoyed it in multiplayer a little but that’s it does it hold the standard to the classic gems 2008-2016 in my eye nah except mw(2019) and mw2(2022) and Cold War in modern gaming they were really good but couldn’t beat the classics
The originals will always be superior the new ones are insanely boring and bad nothing good about them at all such a waste of time even making them for me the entire cod franchise died in 2014
og mw3 campaign has a lot of problems and it doesn’t take advantage of itself. it’s really uncreative and kind of disconnected with the rest of the series. it also feels like a james bond parody.
