Kinda, but this is because Starfire disappeared which most likely made Robin terrible which started breaking apart the team. Robin has Batman's training to always use while the others never had that kind of mentor. Cyborg and Raven has daddy issues and Beast Boy just struggles to fit in, they didn't have someone like how Robin had Batman. Technically, Robin got the better deal since it invited him to more things than the others ever got. Also we can't ignore that Robin may be dedicated but he is also obsessed too.

In Teen Titans Go! He's actually confirmed to be Dick Grayson. He even says his name in one of the episodes where the Titans turn into the Legion of Doom. Do not ask me why I know this, I'm a bored individual.
A LOT of people have taken up the mantle of Nightwing, except for Superman most take it up after the death of Dick Grayson like Injustice. I'm firmly in the Tim Drake camp with absolutely no evidence for it because Drake doesn't become Nightwing in canon
Hate me all you want but teen titans GO! Is alright , teen titans is way better but i feel like teen titans go (especially in it's earlier seasons) is an okay show and i think it gets most of the hate for the fact cartoon network didn't give teen titans a season 6 but gave us teen titans go
It only happened because star disappeared it probably caused robin to loose it and he probably took it out on the rest of the titans i could see how this affected beast boy and raven so poorly as for cyborg things probably went down hill fitr him because he lost two of his main boys
That's how comics should be: dark yet with a small ray of hope; choices have consequences; crap happens but you must deal with it; and change is up to you. TV, movies, comics and people back then were not afraid of the truth.
One redundancy about the original show is that Beast Boy was made to be the punching bag. He was always losing fights and had weak delivery for his comedy acts.
This episode was about how the TT's fight an enemy that can travel through time and Starfire went through time with him only to see what happened to her team when she disappeared. Episode name is "How Long Is Forever".
I grew up with the original Teen Titans comics. So when the tween version came came out with Booya and they nerdfed them down to being really immature. I was puzzled and realize they had to sort of place it for the demographic they were promoting the show. Titans, like Spider-Man are kind of trapped in at Peter Pan thing they won’t let them grow even into young adults.
Probably just bad genetics. People can lose their hair that early even without stress if they’re unlucky enough. And meanwhile Robin who is pretty much at his peak in the future 😂
@@CS-om3kj ikr different continuity but in Batman & Harley Quinn, Grayson was able to outwit and outmenuver a licensed psychologist with more than double life experience than him until she scratch him with some joker venom, also in young justice, we met Mrs Logan, Garfield's mama in the Hello Megan episode
Imagine if they made season 6 bc of a time skip about 3-4 years and we see Robin starting to change into Nightwing with a more serious attitude quickly fighting style less talk.longer hair, less goofy I’m fights, and a more deeper voice like the 20 year version and then he goes to become Nightwing with new team expansions
Well to be fair we dont know how old they were when the show began besides robin was around 15 and raven 12-13 the rest we know little to nothing about but we do know cyborg and bb were older bb was in the military and had some time before joining so is atleast 19 and cyborg he has to be atleast 20-30 in the og before he goes into the future bc of how he looks
There was an episode arc revolving around Raven turning 16 and that having something to do with her demonic, four-eyed father Trigon trying to subjugate the Earth.
They didn't age this way. There are many different future possibilities that can be changed by one simple act. It only happened like this due to Star "leaving". Even Cyborg says "You disappeared star." "That battle with Warp. That was a long time ago." "You fell through a wormhole, and... Welcome to the future ".
for some reason i prefer this version of nightwing, i like the kinda mullet hair he normally has yes but i think this style has more sound, the other hair is just a normal guy with stylish look, this screams badassary (also i hate the look he had when he had in teen titan movie with terra in it, red outfit and shorter then normal hair destroyed his charisma more)
I never was able to get into the original 2003 Teen Titans series, and these episodes are the reason why. Since Christina Miller turned Cartoon Network into a dumping ground for Toddler Titans reruns at the expense of other, much better CN shows, the chances of me giving the original 2003 series a second chance are slim to nill. Christina Miller's not with CN anymore, having stepped down in late 2019, but she still left some nasty scars in her wake.
Robin into the modern-day Nightwing is a glow up, and this will always be the case in the comics 😉👍💙🦇. Mainly due to the Bat-family that requires Dick to be semi-connected to a family unit at any given moment. Sure, he has the freedom to live his life in Blüdhaven, be his own hero, and do what he wants as a young adult but when flames go up in Gotham or there is a major family crisis then you better believe Nightwing will be on the scene. Teen Titans never really touched on this aspect, probably because they sought to make the Titians their own unit in Jump City so the team could learn to rely on each other as teammates but that doesn't mean that there weren't external influences. The animated Teen Titians were a unit within the grander scale of the DCU, which allowed the authors/illustrators/animators to work outside of the rigid confines of the comics. Pretty cool that they showed how the team matured in a future episode 😉👍🌟.
Why does this look like the good future? No one is dead, Beast boy has a job, Raven is where she needs to be in a mental asylum enclosed area, and Robin. 😅
It’s hard to believe losing Starfire can lead to this future. Sure Starfire was the cheerful one but so was Beast Boy and Cyborg. Raven always seemed to prefer loneliness distancing herself from her team so it’s even weirder that she needs friends to function.
The Original 2003 Teen Titans aged great. Of course alot of people say that its better than the horrible Teen Titans Go reboot which is still airing. The action and fight scenes were incredible.
"the teen titans aged horribly" there's 2 ways to that, the canon one and teen titans go (I refuse to believe teen titans go has anything to do with the actual teen titans)
Gorillas: throws hands with each other Baboons, giraffes, and lorakeets: what the hell happenin?, I'm not ready to die😟 Gibbons: WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!! tortoises: few😙🥵,you're one wild bitch welp,on my way with my gang to worship the black dot in the sky and stare at it
Ah the "time stone" episode I say that because technically the clock chronologically never left if you know the scene where banner hulk gets the time stone from the supreme one then you know😊
Pretty sure Raven looked herself away to prevent her from releasing Trigon. Not cause she went crazy. I could be wrong though seeing that its been like 2 decade now
It just shows you how much all five of them are important for each other without starfire there is no teen titans and that's why they had turned out that way if star never left it wount have happened or maybe it still would have but the teen titans wouldn't of looked so ruff if they had star because she did bring them back together she's important for them as is the rest of them for each other
I'd like to point out that they aged as if Oda aged them, Robin would still be kicking butt so he doesn't have a good v evil aging thing and looks like he's in his 20s, raven seems to be ageless, but we still see the effect, but beast boy and cyborg get hit hard, if the titans had split up for a reason that they'd be happy about, ie world peace or something, it's not guaranteed they'd have taken care of themselves but they'd be doing better, probably, but yeah... I found it kind of interesting the parallels and wish we could have had a teaser that shows them in a "good" future
