Not at all, Rebekah made a choice against Klaus which she admitted was a mistake. It was still terrible considering who their father is but she acts out against him to this degree once and everyone is quick to destroy Rebekah, but the thousands years of oppression without any actual repercussions from most of his siblings, is so easily forgotten and ignored by fans of the originals. If anything Klaus is up for the chopping block to get "tortured" if you're honestly trying to say Rebekah should be.
