I love the way they make Klaus not trust anyone, it makes the most sense for his character. He has been alive for a thousand years and has probably had thousands of people try to kill him even people he trusted once which is why he has always been paranoid. The only difference is that he was always the strongest and was easily able to defend himself, now that he has someone he cares about more than himself, it makes sense for him to be so paranoid even with his own family. Also I feel like most ppl would doubt freya since she was with dahlia her entire life and they don’t know much about her only what she says.
Klaus's reaction to Freya makes complete sense. His family is the one thing he keeps tight control over, you think he's just gonna accept someone into that unit willy nilly??? After one tragic little tale? Come on now lol he's gonna test them and push them as far as he can to see if, when and how they break! Even if he did believe Freya's story Klaus would test her anyway, that's just who his character is. When has he ever let someone know he believes their story and accepts them right off the bat lol, the man is extremely paranoid and distrustful of literally everyone. Idk why you were confused about that.
2:05 I loved Josephine and Elijah having scenes together. They were both so regal. 17:24 “final form” 😂 talking like Dahlia is a pokemon. 18:00 Vincent’s lines and mannerisms add so much life to the show. He’s in my top 5 if not top 3 favorite characters. 35:53
You'll will understand why Marcel called Klaus the smartest, it's unreal how well he handles Dahlia and how certain he was with their OG plan's failure. He KNEW it was gonna fail and made his own plans, sadly no one trusted him enough to let him handle it and betray him. Which again proves his trust issues, family is his weakest link even though it is his strength.
Tbh I still don’t understand in EVERY single video, they put on those glasses? Lmfao 😂 do they wanna make themselves look cooler or what? Why does it matter? lol
They said many times it's to protect the eye from their lighting, when they're recording for hours. But the bigger question is, regardless of the reason, why does it matter to YOU
