Thank you for this tutorial. I received a 'scope at a amateur radio "white elephant" gift exchange and have no expertise on operating it. This will be a good starting point for my journey with the 'scope. A white elephant gift exchange is when you go to your junk box and wrap an item in pretty paper and exchange it for someone else's valuable junk.

I finally pulled the trigger on a Rigol DS1054Z “scope” watching your video because finally Pawel is going to teach me how to use it. :)

Nice. It's the first one I owned at home. You can "hack" it safely to unlock all the options of the higher models except the 500uV/div vertical resolution. You can unlock it, but it's skipped in auto-calibration and has some other issues like the scope itself not having vertical res beyond 5mV anyway so it's like a digital zoom instead of optical on a camera. No additional "real" data.

Can the scope analyze rf output waveforms from 10 and 11meter radios?

I love how proud of your oszi you are 😁! Since you have this massive 4 channel centerpiece in your workshop already could you messure the noise on Vbat, 5V and 3.3V rails on a stack/AIO while accelerating and breaking a motor (under load)?
