You are right, most RU-vidrs actually don't know Kampala they go and show us downtown calling it Kampala. Downtown is always a central business and busiest part of a city in every busy country . Actually even some Uganda you tubers fear to do vlogging in the decent part of kampala😂😂,I think most of them come from deep villages.
WOW, Lawrence Kololo has totally developed, I went to the high school on the hill back in 1972 Age Khan Kololo high, the only high school in Uganda at that time with a full size swimming pool. NICE!!! Watching from Calgary, Canada
That side of Kampala looks super cool, I wish we could get more of such. And KCCA must enforce law on those littering the City and also think of planting trees downtown. Thanks for showing us around.
i agree with you, kampala town is soo neat, been to those areas and am planning to come back once more. the amazing thing with kampala, motor cycles are more than the uganda population.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hello Lawrence, thank you for showing the good side of our city because most people are only showing down town. I always follow you and I do enjoy your videos!
We Ugandans are unbelievable, someone educated, travelled and learned liters Street by dumpling trash through a wide of luxury SUVs and complains Kampala is dirty on social media 😢.
True. Mr Eddie. I learnt recently that good feeding has an impact on brain development. If you compared CT scans of two children, one well fed and the other poorly fed(stunted), you would see that their brains look different. One is normal while the other is abnormal. And this situation if not addressed before the child makes 2 years, becomes irreversible and it continues up to adulthood. Stunted children grow up into stunted adults and because the brain was affected at childhood, it remains like that even in adulthood. People with stunted brains cannot think reasonably and by extension, cannot contribute meaningfully to the economy. If you told people with stunted brains to stop littering, chances are that they wouldn't stop because remember the brain is poorly developed and they can't think properly. And do you know what proportion of Ugandans have stunted brains? It's above 50%😱😱. The point am making is that good feeding has a big contribution to the health and development of a country. If you read about Singapore's success story, chances are that you will find records of government efforts to improve feeding of children. Uganda has a lot to learn from Singapore.
Far better than Kigali and nairobi. The problem are boda bodas who are indisciplined, riding anyhow. I don't know whether in Kenya or rwanda boda bodas behave like this
Yes some people don't understand Kampala, for them when they reach down town they think they know Kampala, not reaching to those places like koloolo, nakasero, muyenga, ntinda, najjera, muyonyo, naguru, bukoto to mention them but a few
