Worcester, Massachusetts is pronounced "wuh-ster". The first part is like the "wo" sound at the begging of "would" or "wood" and the last part is just "stir". From a MA native.

the billboard at 15:01 you'd never see a phantom fireworks in a state with regulations against aerial fireworks (which is most of new england)

King Leno's "Other Side of Town" assets are some of my favourite assets in the workshop. Great use of them here. This build just keeps getting better and better, i'm just cringing for when you're gonna hit the prop limit. New Windsor looks like a pricey kind of place to live, so I guess i've found my part of town :)

I really think you should’ve had a look at Chelsea in North Boston it’s probably the worst off area in boston also just anything about Boston like the green line that would be something great to add to the city and something like franklin park zoo or maybe even have a look at the old Boston elevated railway which no longer exists in case you hadn’t noticed I’m a massive fan of public transport

As like in new Windsor, the poorer side of town in many U.K. Cities is because we have many westerlies and therefore the rich people wanted to live away from the smoke from factories whilst the poor people lived right in it. This divide has then stayed true in many cities. Glasgow and London are good examples of this

You should make a Golf Course outside the city near a couple cool mansions and expensive houses. Because if you look at Providence, all of the Golf Courses and Country Clubs are on the outside of the city. Like if you agree!!

Aaaaalright, the garbage outside the convenient store seems a little harsh. Even the worst areas of the North East wouldn't have garbage piled up outside an active store. At least none that I've ever seen around.

You take out the grocery store and replace it with a Dollar store, most poor neighborhoods are "food deserts". And don't forget the liquor stores.

Worcester is a different accent. It’s WU-STR.. It’s kinda hard since most people live out of the state of Massachusetts. The locals always call it Woosta since it’s after the Woo Sox

Somewhere in the connection area from downtown to low class suburbs, you could make like a community market like a farmers market in an abandoned parking lot.

Definitely take a look at the northshore of MA Gloucester, Manchester, Salem, Rockport. Shows what real small neighborhoods outside of the city look like, nothing like cape cod.

Too many fences. Gangs have to have a way to get in there sometimes and all the fences make it too safe for law abiding but poor residents to walk down the street unmolested. Too many nice autumn trees make it hard to see the decay. I wonder if anyone's made a mod with buildings that have plants and trees growing in them because the city's either too busy doing other things or too poor to knock them down.

I'm not sure how the Massachusetts Worcester locals pronounce it, but as a Brit I would think it would be pronounced similar to the UK Worcester (Wuh-stah - as in Bertie Wooster! ) that I presume its named after :)

and for your ammusment park, there used to be one in warwick ri, called rockey point. it is now shut down. its a state park now, but back in the 1900 it was an amusment park maybe you can use some inspiration from that for your idea
