6:30 you can control click on rail roads and ports to build multiple of them on one region ;) (I could be wrong with the info as I have not been playing Vic for about 3 years. But there is a way to build multiple buildings with one click!)
This wasn't HPM, was it? This feels like either GFM, HFM or some homebrew mod. I'm 99% that Germany turning into "Holy Danish Empire" and the "Danish Confederacy" aren't a thing in HPM. Also flag shapes are different from what they are in HPM.
the flags are from the square shaded flag frame mod, as for the holy danish empire and whatnot i think its some homebrew thing someone in their discord made
