We do this and it’s great at our medspa. Bring 3 new friends to us and get Botox for free. We acquire 3 patients who on average spend $1200 a year and we spent maybe $200 to acquire. Then we tell the new friends they can do the same thing next time bring 3 other new friends. These videos are great thanks Alex

I don't get it.. why would my actual clients want to buy a 15$ gift card worth 1500$ from me to give to someone else? They are all business owners and for sure know that I'll make hella lot of money because of their referals.. they would want me to pay them for that, not the other way around.. The only way I could see this work is if my existing customers can have the gift cards for free in order to give them to 2 of their friends

i'ld probably use the value discount-where I give 2x value (for 2x CAC)-cause im just starting out my business, & then will then use the 3-way one [which is my favourite-due to it's cost & evectivenedd] & just spring the free/$100 cash, at the point of sale-if you refer others.

Is it possible that you title the videos things that are more related to what the video is actually about? For example, this video is about getting referrals, could you name it in such a way that it's easy to find from a quick search. With how much valuable content you're putting out, our consumption has to also go up 😂 (which is great). However, sometimes I'm having a business challenge where I need some Hormozi wisdom on a particular topic and I know I've heard it before but I just don't know in which video. It'll save me the time of having to watch the first couple of minutes to get the context of the video. Alex, this is wonderful content that I'm grateful for.
