Literally I think that moon moving scene by the collector qualifies as his powers being 4th wall breaking level which is probably the second to strongest a character can get, beaten only by an omnipotent character like the watcher in Amphibia.

Collector my favorite character, the way he has been mistreated because of his powers but just wants to play and have friends like a normal kid is so heartbreaking.. he deserves a hug

The funny thing is, the collector is close to having the ability to break the 4th wall. The collector possesses a very powerful ability called "Meta perspective manipulation", unlike regular perspective Manipulation.
