Many years ago I owned a store in California and if these auditors had been around then I would have walked out and invited them in - hell I would have made them a cup of coffee and given them free reign to advertise my store for nothing. The owners today are idiots
Business owners nowadays tend to freak out about potential security breeches and losses, and it shows on camera. I just watched an NC Tyrant Hunter video where the CEO of Fountain Boats came outside to confront the auditor & videographer, and in the process, nearly got himself maced. These types of authoritarian idiots COST the businesses CUSTOMERS!
@@stumpgrinder13 You might want to think about it. I'm not even talkin about some magic dude in the sky, I don't believe in that. But I do believe there is a sudden darkness in a lot of people's souls right now.
@@garywacaser6230 LOL WHAT WAR DID THEY FIGHT FOR, FOR AMERICANS RIGHTS? THE FIGHTING THEY DID WAS TO GREASE THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE INDUSTRIAL WAR MACHINE, NOTHING TO DO WITH RIGHTS.
Yes, I love these videos. Always keeping calm and being truthful to the business owners. They always try to escalate, but F.A.R. always de-escalates the situation. In the end, the business owners end up looking foolish when they realize there's nothing illegal about recording in public. Apparently police have gotten the memo, cause they show up less and less every time they get a complaint about a person recording in public. Keep up the good work, F.A.R.!
I love how he takes that on directly, and all their bullshit rationalizations for why their reasons are valid but the auditors' aren't. Funny how they always see it that way - rules for thee, but not for me.
A sensible business owner who understood that having somebody pointing a camera at his business for a few minutes was less a problem than bad publicity and a potential law suit. Good for him.
I can't wrap my head around why some people feel the need to lie or make up an excuse to approach someone recording in public? Just ask the question you actually want an answer to! If the person wants to share their personal business with you, they will, but if they don't...lying isn't going to get you any closer to what you want to know. Well done Chris, enjoy the weekend. 🥰✌️🐾
Auditors, despite their diverse methodologies, are not criminals unless and until they break the law. Just because you don't like what they are doing doesn't give you any authority over their actions. So many police officers, public officials and private citizens seem to think so. They need to be educated or educate themselves, otherwise, they will remain ignorant.
I love how you point out that their security cameras are recording you without your permission, but they have a problem when you record them without their permission.
OMG it is a street festival, A Street Festival! And they are concerned about a camera. "Oh no it's a camera at a street festival". Wow that gallery owner was outrageous but totally chill.
Chris...during these audits...do you sometimes feel as though you're the only adult in the " room"?? I hear your confidence growing with each video. Excellent work my dear
why would he feel like an adult? he's basically an Incel creeper that goes out in public to make people feel uncomfortable , can't wait til one shows up and follows you around a store or while you are eating with friends
A restaurant with TVs everywhere. If I wanted a TV blaring out at me I would stay home. I go out to relax. Do all Americans think it is impossible to breathe without TV?
We have loud televisions on our gas pumps now, too. Here's a tip: usually one of the buttons on either side of the screen is a mute button. Most of the time it seems to be the third one from the top on the right hand side.
@mistertor I would just not go into places with TVs. As I said, I go out to relax and chat with friends. TV does not fit into that. TV seems to be like heroin in the USA.
I’ve always said this. If you want to watch TV, why not stay at home? (Personally, I haven’t had a TV in 20+ years). I hate going out to restaurants with people who stare at the TV, instead of having a conversation with the person they went out with.
I find it very interesting that these business owners aren't more friendly with the idea of filming..... 2nd floor art See that's kind of neat I would like to go there if I was in that town just because you showed the building It's free advertising for these ppl and here's a question you ask these ppl next time ....." my camera bothers you? Why doesn't their cameras bother you?"
Yeah, it didn't look good on her. Looked like she washed her hair, wrapped it up in a bath towel & forgot. Went out to eat w/o combing & styling her hair, - with a large wet bath towel on her head. 😂
"I was just wondering" "Oh hey Jack" "My name isn't Jack" "Well you said you were wondering, so I thought you were that famous wondering Jack I've heard about" 😅 You're Curious- must be named George. 😂
The two homies in the beginning, that’s what it should be like every time you film. So many up tight people who only cry when they have someone to blame for their problems at hand. Good filming. 🙏🏼🤙🏼
Q- What are you doing? A- one would think this is a camera but it's actually a time warp device. I'm transporting these images into the future to those that can't be here now.
It is kind of funny. I have been at events of all kinds over the years and was recorded who knows how many times, and never once thought to ask somebody to stop. I have answered questions and even saw myself on television a few times on ESPN, travel channel, local news shows, and concert videos. You have to figure these people are hiding something when they complain about being recorded. They seem to not understand that are plenty of cameras that they don't notice that are recording them in public, every time they are in a public area, and most of the time in private areas too. I install cameras as part of my job and I can tell everyone, you have no idea how many there are in the world today. You don't have a clue how many cameras there are that you don't notice. A camera can literally look like anything today and they do look like just about everything.
When you come to America for freedom, leave the tyrany where you left. Actually read The Bill of Rights. They even have a book ( remember them) called The Constitution for Dummies at the library. Suggested reading for ALL AMERICANS.
It's amazing how many legally trained people decide at some point in their lives that they would rather work in clothes stores or similar or discover their passion for waitressing.
Yeah, but he'd get more views and have videos that would go viral if he'd treat idiots like idiots and get them to become violent. Jerry Springer perfected getting rich by making videos of folks fighting. 5,000 episodes, and his audience never tired of it.
You should say listen you are obviously not from this country by the sound of your accent you should learn the law before telling a natural born citizen what he can and cannot do!! 👍😎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
What I find strange is that the staff come out to say that their customers are uncomfortable with you recording them. But they don’t say anything about the establishment that they are in, recording them 🤔🤔🤔🤔. And they walk up to the camera and say “ I don’t want to be on camera” the moral of this is Don’t walk up to the camera then
the auditors should shrug and say ok ...turn their back to the camera shy one and ignore them completely by talking over them or singing some nonsense song
Always amazes me how people walk up, put their face in the camera and don't want to be recorded, duh !! And then there's the real genius like Princess Leia that also stands in front of the camera and wants to know what you are recording? Why are these people allowed out in public without a handler and a leash. They definitely are a danger to themselves and us.
Why is she wearing a towel on her head? I enjoyed watching the foreigner trying to grasp the expert comparison of accepting the camera up on the bldg recording everyone without permission but somehow it's unacceptable for anyone to record people inside the store. 🤔... 🤣
I guess some business owners, management and employees don't realize that when they behave poorly on camera, for many others to see....they're pushing away potential customers and affecting the business. Not a smart move!!
I think they do realize it, which is why they hate cameras. Most people will probably be intimidated into obeying them and nothing will come of their bad behavior.
@@snex000 Yeah, good point. At the same time word of mouth can make or break a business, so depending on the person being approached by the manager etc. if they decide to boycott and/or if they have enough influence they can affect that business I would think.
