The real issue most people have is food addiction. More specifically carb/sugar addiction.

My doctor has had me on it for the off-label treatment of chronic joint pain. I’ve been on it for about 6 months. I’ve lost some weight, but the pain relief has been life changing.

lol. I doubt it. I still eat like a dumpster diving mutt. But, I can’t eat very much, so I’m sure that’s where the weight loss has come from. But, the pain relief is evident. I take one shot a week, and on 3 sep erste occasions, I haven’t been able to get my prescription refilled for 2-3 week (supply chain issues, we’re told) and the pain comes back in spades within a few days of missing my shot.

Its not for everyone. That stuff threw me right into pancreatitis..wicked pain and serious illness. Won't happen to everyone, but just beware of the subtle early symptoms. Seriously!!!!

I tried ZEP TIRZEPATIDE, for 6 weeks or 7, had side affects, nauseous, diarrhea, feeling off mentally physically. Many people don't have any side affects and it helps them. helped with appetite suppression, lost weight. but not able to live feeling like that.

My wife and I got on ozempic and I have lost 55 pounds in a year! My wife was an anomaly. She lost 70 pounds in 7 months!!! She got off of it after 7 months and she is still kicking ass!!! I was raised to eat everything on my plate, so I have the mental part to deal with as I love food! I've got about 25 more pounds to go to get into my speedo bod 🤣 this stuff works!!

good for you! but many people have problems with weight and diet. Despite good excercise and diet. BUT we will see how these drugs help or hurt people. Good ole fashioned intermittent fasting with supplements and electrolytes ... 47 and 1 ... been on this plan with simple walking for almost a year ... 100 lbs gone ! Nikki is completely on point that we eat far too much .. I love a keto plan.. Not going to lie I cheat once a month with something of a desert .. but it really is mind over matter. Will power is the key ! I lost muscle but gained it back with light weights !

I think in general people are eating the wrong types of food vs eating to much… I eat what most people would think is way to much beef and eggs and I’m losing fat. Processed foods and carbs are the biggest problem and people are addicted to them.
